Hacienda Conde de Oviedo features a private swimming pool and magnificent Golf Course views throughout the interiors and exteriors. The property includes a media room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi access.

At Hacienda Conde de Oviedo you will find comfortable furnishings, classic Mexican tiles, beautiful fixtures, original artwork and antiques that have been combined with authentic amenities to offer both stylish design and warmth to this classic Mexican Hacienda. The living and dining areas maximize the indoor/alfresco lifestyle by providing easy access to the deck, and a kitchen that comes fully equipped with lots of counter space.

Four bedrooms, along with 3.5 bathrooms bathrooms, accommodate up to 8 guests at Hacienda Conde de Oviedo. Children are welcome. The Master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and terrace access.

General Rental Policies:

RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.
A complete listing of terms, conditions and policies will be sent to you in the Rental Agreement and Policies document.

All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.

CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.

We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.

Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
Please check with Mazatlan4Rent Guest Relations for approval.

Special NOTE:  We want you to know that we are doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinets handles, remotes, etc..) before you check in.

or be relaxing around the pool?  Start your vacation from the moment you arrive with

a pre-stocked rental home, or a private chef for your first night after a long day of travel.  

Our staff will make chef / cook service arrangements, purchase grocery and other

requested supplies so that your rental home is ready for your arrival.
