Best decision ever to choose Ritz hotel in Paris to celebrate my son’s birthday (18 years old) Such a warm welcome by Ariel and Manon They sent a birthday cake to our room .. delicious ! White chocolate and caramelised pecans The care for their guests is outstanding Their behaviour was genuine and not fake Their smile is true Every time we visit a hotel, there is something to complain about but this time everything was perfect They even did un upgrade assigning us rooms of a superior category They will be part of this unforgettable experience Without them, it wouldn’t be so magic Every hotel, from the Mandarin to the Four Seasons, should go there and learn how to deal with all clients, whether it be the super rich guest or the ordinary family with children The location, along with the hotel itself with its beautiful garden, is something not to be missed when in Paris. I took my 4 year old daughter to Paris again to meet with my sister who lives in Canada. As we are based in Dubai, we love meeting in Europe as it’s half way and especially in Paris.
I decided on the iconic Ritz hotel this trip as I wanted to really enjoy this girls trip and of course, why not?
My sister landed hours before us and we communicated whilst in the air. She said her check in was seamless and the suite they gave us (505) was just amazing.
By the time we reached the hotel and our room (fast and friendly check in) my sister was fully relaxed on the balcony waiting for us.
We were escorted by a host named Pierre who said he would upgrade our room if we wanted but we loved ours so much, that there was no need.
The spa was amazing and considering I have tried some of the best in the world that says a lot. My sister and daughter used the pool every evening, they loved it.
We also ordered room service every day for breakfast and once for dinner and every time it was just amazing. Food was so fresh and delicious, without having to wait for service at a restaurant or take any unwarranted attitude!
Overall, of course we will stay here again. Location is amazing for walking and service is impeccable. Rooms were classic francaise style and simply the best in Paris!

My review is particularly harsh because of 3 unpleasant episodes, overall this hotel is magnificent and one of the best in Europe. I would of given it 5 stars but we where expecting more in terms of service, let me be specific about this since the hotel is run as a complex operation with several service lines .
1) Food and room service: best in class 2) concierge: best in class, they work with you and move mountains to fix potential issues 3) cleaning service: best in class
Episodes that detracted from a 5 star rating:
1) Upon entering the hotel after our second night a supervisor approached me and asked me if I needed help, upon sharing that I was a guest heading towards my room he doubled down and asked me for my room number. It felt like he was insinuating that I was trying to break in the hotel, maybe my business casual attire wasn’t good enough? Regardless that was unacceptable, he proceeded to not greet me or a knowledge the fact during further encounters.
2) It was our honey moon and we where not greeted with champagne in the room, for a hotel of this caliber that’s not ok.
3) We couldn’t access the Hemingway bar because we didn’t have the French app, coming from America we did have our Covid vaccine cards, both triple vaccinated, having flown we where obviously vaccinated and in good standing. But no we were asked to go to a Farmacy (winter night) to get a QR code, we passed on that. Was very rude to be rejected like that.

had a wonderful experience on this 1st day of access to the ritz, Mr Raffray, GM, was there to great and meet, all staff members were there to make sure security barior and hygien was to the level of the situation. Thanks to Mrs Deggim, Alexis from concierge desk and both chefs Perret and Sale for being available to chat and exchange on this special day! They were present and welcoming! Also a special thank you to the staff of the bar Vendôme where we savored a nice champagne glass with a truly special attention from everyone, Romane, Romain, David... and sorry because I dont have all the names of each one of you that made our evening a fantastic one! keep it up! shall be be sooner than later for another great moment!

Best expirience ever! Unseen level of service! Very friendly and helpfull staff, nice food, great roomservice. Ideal to have a nice relaxing weekend and do some shopping. For our visit to the champs ellyssee we were offered a complementary drive from the hotel chauffeur, because there weren’t enough taxi’s This hotel gives another meaning to the word guestexperience! Myself and my wife stayed for a three days break in Paris. Special thanks to the front office staff who were always courteous. A special mention to Johann (hope I have his name correct) who was great at booking a cabaret at us at the Lido on our first night and also for recommending a bistro, Flottes, for dinner on our last night. The duck confit was to die for. Thank you all for making our weekend get away so wonderful.

I checked into the Ritz and while the hotel is beautiful and well located, it has been a negative experience. There was a wedding at the hotel and our room was directly above the courtyard/party. The wedding noise (which was quite loud as there are no soundproof windows) continued late into the night. This was particularly tough as we were jet lagged and had a child with us. In addition, we ordered lunch/tea at the bar and it took an hour to arrive (and this only after I asked about the food 50 minutes after ordering) and I never even received the tea itself. I feel this is a standard of care well below many four star or even three star hotels we have stayed at. I would not recommend this hotel as there others with comparable locations that would provide far better value.

Impeccable service, the most iconic hotel in the world, and the rooms are extremely “new” feeling and stylish while retaining an old world charm. Extremely generous with upgrades. I recommend booking via Skylark or a Virtuoso agent to get perks like free breakfast and free car transfers. The only small areas for improvement (to make the hotel perfect) would be to improve the seating and service near the pool (surprisingly bad for us every visit but not enough to overshadow everything else) as well as to improve the quality of food which is generally just “ok”
At most hotels those might be enough to knock off a point but we really do love the hotel and it’s a special experience every time.

The Ritz is the only place to stay in Paris. Guest service is miles above other places, they really go the extra mile to ensure you have everything you may want. My favourite space to unwind is bar Vendôme, usually with a yummy pastry.

The elegance, the opulence, the amazing service where things magically seem to manifest when you think them in your head thanks to the staff who are attentive to every little detail- that was our stay at the Ritz Paris where we spent a dreamy week. Right from the pick up at the plane to grand breakfasts on the rooftop terrace of our grand suite and everything thing in between… pure perfection! In particular, the manager Brahim who when asked to take a picture of us took my husband and I to special spots in a few different parts of the hotel and practically did a mini photo shoot for us, Musa and Harris the bellmen always smiling, the reception who accommodated our requests, the conceirge who booked so many restaurants, museum tickets, train tickets and were always available before weeks before and during our stay. Conceirge Vincent deserves a special mention for his above and beyond attention to us. Every single person made our stay perfect. We cannot stay anywhere else again while in Paris. You will feel like royalty here. Don’t think twice… life is to be experienced.. live the fairytale at the Ritz Paris.
