I and many other biology undergraduate students did not feel like certain resources offered to us were adequate. For example, the academic advisors in the School of Biological Sciences were not very helpful and at times condescending. Other than that, I had a great academic experience. The professors were very experienced in their fields, the libraries and study centers were open to both students and the public, and it is apparent that the university pushes for diversity and inclusion.
I've only recently been admitted but the process so far has been remarkably professional and encouraging.
Best: well known program with excellent standards of training, good equipment and facilities
Worst: faculty not supportive of students, the department did not prioritize students
