[on why he gave up acting] I was doing parts that were smaller. I wasn't comfortable in front of the camera, and I was losing my hair, and I knew there was gonna be a long, awkward transition until I went from boy to man. I didn't wanna push through it. I didn't have it in me to continue. And then I thought, in the back of my mind, I'll continue in my 40s or 50s, when I'm a man, and I can be like a cop on a cop show. ... You kind of have to have this relentless focus to be successful in movies.
