it's a pretty forgettable women-on-the-run movie in spite of all the exploitation boxes it checks:
- prison escape
- boobs
- lesbianism
- hostage taking
- suicide
- murder
- prostitution
- prostitutes ripping off johns
- more murder
- escaping to mexico via plane
i'd place some of the blame on the tape i bought at a junk shop in upstate new york, which renders a lot of what's happening on screen indecipherable. but it's also just not very good.
loved the music during the final escape though. but not the theme that belts "we were the dreamers."
