The KBGC Clubhouse was founded in 1900, which is the first organisation of lawn bowling. Since the year of 1900, KBGC has witnessed the changes of Lawn Bowling in Hong Kong. The KBGC Clubhouse was declared a Grade 3 Heritage Building by “The Antiquities and Monuments Office” of the HKSAR in 2010. In order to enable citizens to have a better understanding of our history and architectural features, a guided tour can be provided to citizens to experience it personally.

Each session lasts for approx.30 minutes. The Club has the right to cancel any scheduled guided tour service without giving any reason.

九龍草地滾球會成立於1900年，是香港首個草地滾球組織。自從1900年起至今，本會見證着草地滾球在香港的變遷。政府「古物古蹟辦事處」更於2010年把本會定為三級歷史文物建築。為讓市民加深對本會的歷史和建築特色有進一步的了解，本會特此提供導賞服務，使大眾市民親歷其境。

2. Booking Procedures

   Applicants must submit the completed application forms by email, by post or in person to the Club Reception at least 14 days before the date of Guided Tour Service. No telephone or online booking service is available. Each session will entertain a maximum of 10 persons. The applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.

   一般的預訂程序

   本會只接受最少14天前親臨本會接待處或電郵或郵寄方式辦理的預約導賞服務。並不提供電話或網上預訂設施及預約導賞服務。每節最多10人，名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。

3. Processing Time/ 處理時間

   For the booking of Guided Tour Service, applicants will be informed of their application results within 7 days upon receipt of the completed application forms.

   當收到團體填妥的導賞服務申請表格時，本會將於7天內告知申請人有關的申請結果。

   Terms and Conditions of Using the Facilities

   使用設施的條款及條件

   • An application form for Group Organisation should be signed by an authorized person of the organization and stamped with the official chop of the organisation.

     申請團體之申請表需由團體負責人正式簽署並附有效之團體蓋印。

   • Cancellation requires notice by phone and then in writing to the Club Office, No other arrangements will be accepted. New application is required for any change to the visit, e.g. date / time / visitor numbers, etc.

     申請者如欲取消活動，請盡早致電告知及須補交書面通知以供存檔，已取消的活動將不作補辦。如欲更改參觀安排，例如日期、時間及人數等，則必須重新申請。

   • Applicants are required to register at the Club Reception 10 minutes prior to the booking time.

     申請團體須於預訂時間10分鐘前抵達本會接待處登記。

   • Participating organizations should assign at least one leader to take care of the group members.

     參觀團體須安排最少一位領隊隨團，並照顧參加者及維持秩序。

   • Children aged below 12 are required to be accompanied by adults while having the guided tour service.

     12歲以下參與活動的兒童必須由成人陪同。

   • No commercial events or courses are allowed in the clubhouse

     會所內不可以進行任何商業活動。

   • In the case of inclement weather, all outdoor facilities will be temporarily closed when weather warnings such as red rain storm warning, black rain storm warning, thunderstorm warning and typhoon signal No. 3 or above.

     惡劣天氣情況下，例如:黑色暴雨、雷暴警告、3號或以上的颱風訊號，本會所有室外設施將暫停服務。

   • Clubhouse will be closed immediately when the No.8 or above typhoon signal is hoisted. All functions on the day will be cancelled.

     8號或以上颱風訊號懸掛時，本會所有設施及活動將會暫停。

   • Commercial photo shooting and recording are not allowed in the clubhouse. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

     會所内不可拍攝及錄影。只限在指定吸煙區內吸煙。
