La película nos situa en el contexto de una Italia que está a punto de ejecutar una ley que decreta la prostitución cómo un acto ilegal. Though I was only able to view it in its original Italian version, which I do not speak, the story was easy enough to follow and understand.
Linda and her friends are down on their luck ladies of the pavement and we watch them deal with their various problems.
Incredible cast, excellent performances (Linda is very strong) and a fine neo-realist atmosphere. Well worth seeing....if you can find it!
