Avoid this company! Also known as Bradford Bathrooms, very much like a lot of negative reviews here the items never showed up and despite calling 4 times and being promised a delivery date nothing happened. They did process my refund immediately when requested which is one saving grace.

Had been searching for a while for the correct type of toilet seat for my bathroom. Found what I needed on the British Bathroom Company site. Ordering was straight forward and I was kept informed of delivery which only took a few days. It was well packaged and arrived safely. Very pleased with quality and appearance. Price us reflective of quality. The fitting instructions were very clear and helpful. Great service. Thank you.

Good quality bath at excellent price, slightly thicker than most at 5 mm. Took a day to arrange delivery, but once arranged was delivered on the due date with courtesy call beforehand.
Would recommend this firm.

British Bathroom Company
Purchased a toilet seat from British Bathroom Company.
Delivery by DPD - confirmed on order, and on despatch confirmation. DPD always deliver to my property in a timely manner - Great!
Then received an email that DX would deliver - surprise, surprise, they failed to show - a wasted day.
For the sake of a few pennies to reduce delivery cost, why do British Bathroom Company compromise their integrity and choose a delivery company with an appalling reputation?
Will never use this company again- AVOID.

I recently purchased a shower tray and a complete shower head etc. From placing the order online to receiving my goods on time , over the moon with the quality of the products and even had a courtesy call after the delivery to ask if everything was OK. Excellent service would not hesitate to use again and recommend. Thankyou.

The website is easy to navigate and the products are well-priced. I received my radiator really quickly and well packaged. It would be great if they could recommend the products needed to accompany an item as I had no clue, but when I rang the team they were incredibly helpful.

Super tap. Had to wait a few days for it to come into stock. When I rang to enquire about the order status I spoke to real people who were very helpful. Looks perfect installed (supremely well packaged), and I am very pleased.

Very helpful sales team and actually had a double butler sink when nowhere else seemed to have them. Courier service was a bit expensive but came well packaged and was only thing in the van which explained the cost. Product was spot on. Overall a good experience.

Firstly, chuffed to bits to find a supplier of british, or in this case, european manufactured items. Sick to death of trying to find suppliers that do not import substandard, cheap and nasty products from China.
Great corporate and social responsibilities. Great customer service and product knowledge.

Great prices, amazingly poor customer service - forgot to send the sink waste, then sent the wrong one, had to buy a new one from Howdens, spent 2 days explaining all this, they asked me to return it and then refused to refund me. I won’t be using them again!

Despite their website stated 3 to 7 days and also their email confirmation, after almost 2 weeks I had to chase for an eta for the delivery of my shower screen, as I still didn't hear from them. Only after contacting them I was told that the shower screen was out of stock, although their website still wasn't shown it as out of stock. Their excuse was that the Marketing team were on with updating the website.
I cancelled the order and I had also to chase the refund.
Won't be using this company again!

Really great toilet seat. I'd recently bought one from a national chain and the fittings were so awful it was loose within a week.
This one feels really sturdy. Good fittings and altogether a superior product.

I had a very tight time schedule in which to have a bath shower screen delivered and the company went out of their way to make sure it was delivered on the day I needed it to be - which was very soon after I had ordered it. It arrived in good order and was fitted the next day - so a very good experience all round.

I contacted RAK Ceramics to check the correct toilet seat I required and they were very helpful.
Ordering was very straight forward and delivery from British Bathroom Company was very quick.

I'm very impressed by the British Bathroom Company's customer service. I order a toilet seat from them earlier this month. It arrived the next day, but unfortunately there was a manufacturing defect on one of the hinges. They sent out a replacement seat within 48 hours (thank you!). This is how customer service should be. I find many companies make returns slow and difficult (or even impossible), but not these guys. They're honest, reliable and the customer service team is very communicative—100% recommended.
