Carlos was just exceptional!

Carlos was just exceptional!! He was kind the moment I pulled into the garage, very personable. He helped me synch my phone to my car after my car was serviced.

Aaron was very responsive!

Aaron was very responsive! Even on his day off, he was working to help us find the right vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and options/packages. He was also very knowledgeable about the purchasing options: lease, flex buy or purchase. He did not pressure us to make a decision and very patient and nice throughout the process.

Great service

I was very excited to learn that since this service was a recall for a system update. Hence, I could have a technician come to the house to perform this service rather than come to the dealership! The technician was punctual with the arrival time, professional and knowledgeable!

I experienced great customer service skills will car shopping at Gerald Ford of North Aurora. Although it can be a difficult experience at other car dealerships, I found the team had great communication, great cleaning and a fast delivery timeframe. Their skill-set allowed me to purchase a vehicle with ease.
