Jobfair® is an audio-based hiring platform where employers scout students. Here is how it works: you upload your resume and a pre-recorded audio pre-interview for employers to browse. Your resume is redacted upon uploading. Employers can find you in our database and request to contact you. If you agree, your contact details are then shared; if not, they stay private.
