Out of all of the flower clubs on our list, Amazing Clubs is probably our favorite when it comes to gift-giving. It's super-easy to set up the deliveries for your lucky recipient, and you can choose whether you want to print out an announcement yourself, have one sent by USPS, or have an email notification sent on the date of your choice (up to 11 months in advance). The recipient of the club - whether that's you or someone else - will be told in advance what's in the bouquet, and there's plenty of time to let Amazing Clubs know if that delivery should be skipped for some reason (like a vacation or just not liking that particular arrangement) and added on to the end of the subscription term.

Entertaining and info-laden newsletter

Another fun perk with the Flower of the Month membership here is the monthly newsletter, The Petal Express. For those who are truly into flowers, it's a fun and informative look behind the scenes of the growers behind the blooms, some interesting facts about flowers, and tips for keeping the flowers fresh for a long time.

Some bouquets are hit-or-miss

So, with all of those upsides, you might be wondering what's stopping Amazing Clubs for landing our #1 spot among flower clubs. And here's the answer: we had a slightly less-than-stellar experience when we subscribed. Our first bouquet was practically perfect, although it arrived a week later than most Amazing Clubs' deliveries (which ship out the last week of the month, across the board) and with no advance notification of what was going to be in the arrangement or when it would come. Still, the bouquet was lush and full, with some blooms that lasted almost a whole month. However, the second arrangement was a big let-down: Amazing Clubs ended up substituting a completely different bouquet, one that was heavy in lilies when the original notification said we'd be getting something else (and we were trying to avoid lilies because of their association with funerals). Some of the petals were already turning brown when the bouquet was opened.

Customer service is exceptional

Now you might be questioning how Amazing Clubs ranks as high as it does. But that's even easier to answer: this company has an unbeatable satisfaction guarantee, both in theory and practice. When we reached out after that second arrangement, we got an extremely apologetic explanation that supply chain issues had impacted the flowers available for bouquets. (That proved to be true; we called other flower clubs on our list and they all said the same thing. "It's lilies for now because of supply issues." ) To make it right, Amazing Clubs offered to replace the bouquet the next month, add another delivery to the end of the membership, or to let us substitute one of their 40-something other clubs instead (since it was going to be mostly lilies in future bouquets). We opted for the latter, and Amazing Clubs even refunded the difference when the substitution we requested was much less costly than the flower club.

Reputation is untarnished

And that kind of attention to customer happiness isn't limited to our experience or to the flower club (though this particular subscription earns an impressive 4.5-star average across more than 800 reviews). Everywhere you look, regardless of what goodies are sent out, you'll see subscribers raving about what they get - and about Amazing Clubs' response whenever something goes amiss. Let's face it, when you're working with perishable products like flowers (or even melty things like chocolate), it's never going to be 100% of the time that they arrive in perfect condition. But you don't have to waste a second worrying about this company making it right. Even the BBB agrees, giving Amazing Clubs a perfect "A+" rating.

In January, for example, you might get the Winter Tropics Breeze arrangement from Costa Rica (with Large Red Anthuriums, Black Ti Leaves, Song of India, Red Torch Parakeet Heliconias, and Medium Purple Anthuriums). In March you might see a Tropical Protea Starburst bouquet from Colombia, which looks a little more traditional (with several varieties of mums plus Orange Roses and Israeli Ruscus). Not hard to set up as a gift

How about if you want to give a BloomsyBox flower subscription as a gift? Just indicate that during the checkout process, add a gift note if you like, and indicate whether or not you want it to auto-renew when the initial subscription is done. The plan will be in your customer portal: you can manage delivery dates and see shipment notifications, but your recipient will have to email the company to make any adjustments. There aren't quite as many little extras here (like a newsletter or plant food to keep your blooms fresh for longer) but that's not such a big deal overall.

Ample five-star ratings from satisfied clients

BloomsyBox has a pretty strong reputation, starting with an "A+" rating and accreditation from the Better Business Bureau, with fewer than a dozen complaints filed there. And, when we jumped over to Trustpilot, we were glad to see that over 60% of BloomsyBox's ratings were a perfect five stars. People praised the easy customizability of the subscription boxes, excellent service and delivery, and many years of just-right bouquets delivered to moms, girlfriends, you name it.

Certain times of year are prone to botched deliveries

But, all is not rosy (ha... ha ha...) with BloomsyBox - especially around Mother's Day. At least when we looked at feedback from that time period most recently, there seemed to be an onslaught of disappointed customers: flowers arrived with no water and totally dried out, stems were broken, and people got cranky responses from BloomsyBox reps. On the whole, most bouquets arrive in great condition and give this florist rave reviews - but over 25% of ratings on Trustpilot alone were a not-so-great 1 or 2 stars. And without a clearly defined satisfaction guarantee - just a vague "contact us within 3 days if something happens and we'll fix it" statement - BloomsyBox could go a little further to reassure people that those negative reviews aren't worth worrying about.

Still gets our recommendation

Despite the negative reviews, there's a ton to love about BloomsyBox. We're 100% behind them on their sustainability and ethical practices, and they offer more flower club options than any other florist we've seen. Best advice? Don't start your BloomsyBox subscription in May. Other than that, you're probably going to love any one of the 10 flower clubs on offer here (and we particularly love that there's a pet-safe arrangement too).

You have a lot of say-so here

Bouqs has made some changes to its flower club since our last review. Now, you start by choosing the size of the bouquet you'd like to send or receive: Original (10-16 stems for $44), Deluxe (20-32 stems for $56), or Grand (30-45 stems for $69). This club can be set up to be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly, and shipping is always free. The first bouquet will be a seasonal arrangement; after that, you can either choose from among Bouqs' 50 different bouquets or you can be surprised and let them decide. The fun part is that you can always change your mind; maybe one month there's an arrangement that really catches your eye, but the next time you want to have something chosen for you.

Most customizable flower club on the market

But, that's not the only area where Bouqs lets you change things up. The flexibility with this flower club also includes being able to change the delivery date, bouquet size, and even the recipient with each order. So, picture this: you want a huge arrangement for your anniversary in April, a medium-sized bouquet for your mom in May, and then in June you need to send a small get-well arrangement to your coworker. Bouqs is the only flower subscription we know that lets you do all that, right from your subscriber/customer dashboard.

No problem if you need to skip a delivery

Need to take a break? That's easy-peasy here as well. Skip any delivery, any time, or pause your Bouqs' flower club subscription for up to three consecutive deliveries - again, all through the dashboard.

Recipients are notified, but you have to reschedule if needed

If you're giving a Bouqs' membership as a gift, that person will receive an email to let them know to expect a beautiful bouquet to be on its way. Just be aware that your recipient won't be able to access the management dashboard. So, if they won't be around to get a particular month's delivery, it's up to you to make the change on the account.

Reputation is trending upward

Bouqs has also experienced an upswing in customer satisfaction, which we're glad to see. Their rating from the Better Business Bureau went from an "A-" to a perfect "A+" , and there are more than 30,000 five-star reviews for Bouqs on Trustpilot alone. By and large, the majority of Bouqs' customers are thrilled with the flowers they receive, and with the help they get from the company's support reps if there's a problem.

Not everyone has a great experience here

But, we're not so excited about the fact that beyond those perfect scores, about a third of Bouqs' ratings on Trustpilot were three stars or lower. We couldn't find any satisfaction guarantee on the Bouqs website, and it seems that they don't want to come out and tell you exactly how they'll fix things if your flowers arrive wilted, late, or are disappointing in some other way. It seems like Bouqs' reps are responding to any issues that get reported, but it's still a bit of a downside for us.

Consider this club if your priority is flexibility

We're glad to give Bouqs a one-star bump in our rating since our last review: this is still one of the most flexible flower clubs out there, and their reputation has improved over recent months. While we'd prefer to see a clearly spelled-out refund/replacement policy, that's not enough to prevent Bouqs from getting a recommendation from us. If you love the idea of being able to change bouquet sizes, delivery dates, or even the recipient (!), Bouqs could be just what you're looking for in a flower subscription.

If you're a fan of roses (or of gifting them), Pomp might be your dream flower club. You have two plans to choose from here, and both include America's favorite bloom. No two bouquets are the same, and are inspired by upcoming holidays, the season, or walks through the farm:

• Roses: a carefully-chosen selection of 18 champion roses. You'll pay $85 per bouquet if you choose a month-to-month plan; a 5% discount is available if you prepay for three months of deliveries, or you can get 1-2 months free when prepaying for a 6- or 12-month club, respectively.

Next-day shipping is just one of the gift-giving perks here

Shipping is included on both flower clubs at Pomp. We were impressed that we could also get next-day delivery on either of the flower clubs here (for an $8 upcharge). That's great news for those of us who tend to give last-minute gifts. And, speaking of gift-giving, Pomp is easy to set up for that purpose. Just indicate that as you go through the checkout process and enter your gift message. Pomp will ultimately leave the control of the flower club in your hands, but your recipient will also be able to change delivery dates on their own if needed.

Verified customer satisfaction

Even though we didn't spot a listing for Pomp with the Better Business Bureau or on most of the third-party review sites we turn to for the inside scoop on customer satisfaction, the verified reviews on Pomp's own site were proof positive that this florist does an excellent job. While many websites with their own reviews filter out anything under a four-star rating, Pomp doesn't - but the good news is, there just aren't very many of those to display.

The proof is in the photos: customers love these flowers

We love seeing all of the customer-submitted photos of gorgeous arrangements still fresh more than a week after delivery, and hearing that Pomp's flowers arrive on time - even around Mother's Day, when some of the florists in our reviews fail to deliver (literally). And, on the very infrequent occasions where something didn't go according to plan, Pomp's customer support team was right on it to offer to make it right in whatever way the shopper preferred.

Ideal flower club for sending roses

Pomp may not have as much buzz as some of the better-known flower clubs on our list, but they're a wonderful option if roses are your thing - because every single bouquet will have them. With the ability to schedule next-day delivery and terrific customer service, this flower club has features that we really appreciate and we think you will too. Send Smiles is one of the newest florists on our list of flower club providers, but they're no stranger to the business. The CEO of the company is a third-generation florist, with the business' origins dating all the way back to 1910 on a NYC street corner. Today, Send Smiles works with carefully-selected, Rainforest Alliance Certified farms in Colombia and Ecuador, making sure that farm employees get medical care, housing assistance, food, day care, and transportation.

Four available bouquet sizes

But, since you're not here for Send Smiles' one-off bouquets, let's jump right into their flower club options. It made us smile to see that they start you off with what matters most to a lot of people: the price point. They don't offer much detail about what you'll get with each tier - $65 for the Classic, $85 for the Deluxe, $100 for the Premium, and $125 for the Luxury - but at least the shipping is included in those prices.

What's with the $10 fee?

Although Send Smiles proudly says there are no hidden fees, there was a charge that popped up during the checkout process that we weren't sure about: when we went to select a delivery time, we were given a 12-hour window... with an associated fee of $10. We weren't given the ability to select anything else or to say "deliver whenever" - so while it's true that it's not a "hidden" fee, it's still an unexpected one.

See all your delivery dates when you subscribe

As you proceed through the order process, you'll select the first date you want flowers to arrive, as well as how often you'd like them to be delivered (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Send Smiles lets you set up your flower club for one, three, or six months at a time - and we appreciate that, once you've done all that, they show you a list of all of the scheduled delivery dates for your entire subscription. Keep in mind that you're paying in full for the entire term of your flower club here, if that might impact how long you decide to subscribe (you can always restart your subscription after a short-term commitment if you wind up loving what Send Smiles delivers).

Gift-giving isn't a strong point here

Gift-giving features are a little light with Send Smiles. You can enter an optional gift note, but there's no way to have a notification sent via email or to let your recipient have any control over the plan (like rescheduling deliveries). We also didn't see any add-ons during the process, like the candy or balloons that a few flower clubs on our list provide. That's not a big drawback, but it's worth a mention.

Earns high marks from customers

Fortunately, when it comes to customer satisfaction, Send Smiles is a winner. Not only does this florist have an "A+" rating from the Better Business Bureau, but they also have no complaints filed there. Compared with some competitor flower clubs with complaints in the thousands, that's a breath of fresh air. Moving on to the retailer's ratings on Yelp and other places, almost everyone loves their Send Smiles arrangements. There's tons of praise for the value and quality of the bouquets, and even more for the attentiveness of the company's customer service team. We'd need to see a lot more detail about the different pricing tiers (and the reason behind the $10 delivery fee) before we could move this flower subscription up in our rankings, but overall it's easy to say that this is an above-average choice.

Flowers For Dreams is different from all of the other flower clubs on our list - and in ways that are really intriguing. To start, the flowers you'll find in their bouquets are all grown in the US (the Midwest, to be specific), and you can get inspired reading about the family farms behind the blooms right on the florist's website. And, 25% of all profits here are donated to local charities: over $1.3 million since the company's inception. Impressed yet?

Choose between ready-made bouquets or DIY

You'll notice the difference right away in the two options for flower clubs here: the Artisan subscription, which comes with fresh-cut flowers in seasonally-crafted arrangements, and the DIY which (as you'd imagine from the name) lets you take a crack at being the artist yourself with loose bundles of blooms and short instructional videos from Flowers For Dreams' lead designer. While it's not uncommon for flower clubs offering larger bouquets to suggest splitting them up into several smaller displays, Flowers For Dreams is the only one we found that encourages you to use your own creativity (with a little bit of pro help too).

Nice freebies with each club

With both flower clubs here, you'll get a Flowers For Dreams branded tote on your first delivery, along with your choice of a starter vase or mason jar. The DIY club also includes shears, to help you make your own flower arrangements.

Pricing varies depending on how you set up your subscription

How about the price? There are several factors that will determine what you pay for your flower club here. Do you want a small or big bouquet? The Artisan is priced at $45 for the small and $75 for the large, while the DIY club is always the same at $60 per delivery. Those prices assume you're signing up for a monthly plan, but both come with discounts of 5% and 10% if you choose a bi-weekly or weekly frequency, respectively. Unfortunately, shipping with Flowers For Dreams is only complimentary if your monthly subscription total is at least $100. Otherwise, expect it to cost around $20 per delivery.

Only available in some Midwestern states

Figuring out the delivery costs is also where we realized that this flower club has a limited service area. Unless you live in the Midwest (or your recipient does), you might not be able to subscribe to either club here. Before you get your hopes up, we recommend going to the Where We Deliver link at the bottom of the site and double-check your intended delivery zip code.

Terrific reputation

There's certainly no problem when it comes to Flowers For Dreams' track record with customers. The company enjoys an "A" rating from the Better Business Bureau and no complaints filed there. And across all sources ranging from Google to Yelp, this florist has an average of 4.4 out of 5 stars. Most of F4D's feedback comes from one-off customers and not necessarily subscribers, but it's still enthusiastic with lots of compliments for the florist for going above and beyond what was expected.

Awesome flower club - if you can get it

However, with not just a limited service area but a more narrow range of flower types (no lush winter blooms from the Equator here), Flowers For Dreams' flower clubs aren't going to be what a lot of shoppers have in mind when trying to set up recurring deliveries of bouquets. For those who live in the Midwest, especially those who love the idea of learning how to arrange flowers themselves, this could be a fun option to consider. But, if that's not what you have in mind, or if you (or your recipient) are outside of Flowers For Dreams' delivery zip codes, you'll need to choose a different flower club.

When you think of sending a bouquet, it wouldn't be surprising if 1-800 Flowers comes to mind. As part of a gift-giving brand family that includes Shari's Berries, Harry & David, The Popcorn Factory, and several others, this online florist is a no-brainer when it comes to one-stop shopping for special occasions. And, if you love the idea of having regularly-scheduled floral arrangements - for someone you love or even for yourself - 1-800 Flowers has thrown its hat into the proverbial ring of flower clubs too.

3 flower clubs on offer

Since our previous evaluation, 1-800 Flowers has expanded its options for flower subscriptions to include these three clubs:

• Fresh Market Bouquet: starting at $44.99 per delivery (but priced at $38.24 with the 15% subscription discount), this arrangement comes shipped direct from partner floral farms. You can choose an 18-stem bouquet or double it to 36, and you can opt to include a vase.
• One of a Kind Bouquet: starting at $42.99 for a small bouquet and going up to $89.99 for a premium arrangement (with subscription prices at $33.99 and $76.49, respectively), this plan relies on local florists to create and deliver the flowers. Every bouquet comes with a vase.
• Two Dozen Red Roses: although this is included on 1-800 Flowers' subscriptions page, it doesn't show the ability to subscribe unless you click on one of the options without candy (Bouquet Only, With Clear Vase, With Red Vase). You'll pay $59.49 for just the bouquet, $69.69 to have a clear vase included on each delivery, and $72.24 to have a red vase with each bouquet. These arrangements are shipped directly from the farm, not delivered by a local florist.

Lots to consider when setting up a membership

Across all three clubs, you've got lots of options for setting up the plan. You can always choose to have your membership continue indefinitely until you decide to cancel; but, if you're giving these flowers as a gift, you'll likely prefer to set it up as a 3-, 6-, or 12-month plan. How often would you like the bouquets to arrive? 1-800 Flowers gives you the ability to have them pretty regularly: every 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks.

Annual membership to Celebrations Passport is worth the fee

Shipping is one area where this flower club loses us a bit. Your fees will depend on where your flowers are being sent, but when we looked at having the Two Dozen Red Roses delivered, we didn't find out until the very last page of the checkout process that we'd be paying a hefty $15.99 per bouquet. Unless, of course, we signed up for the Celebrations Passport: at an annual fee of $19.99, it comes with free standard shipping across all of the brands in the family. So, not only does it pay for itself with just two flower deliveries, it also has benefits if you use any of the other gift-giving sites even once during that year. Still, we didn't love being left in the dark about those delivery fees until the last minute.

Phenomenal for gift-giving

On the other hand, 1-800 Flowers has some of the most robust features for gift-giving among any of the flower clubs we researched. As you work your way through the checkout process, you'll have options for adding extra gifts (like candy or a plushie). And, when you select the desired delivery date for the first bouquet, the site will ask if you'd like to save that date as a reminder for future gift-giving (we love that for those of us who are known to forget those sorts of things). Is writing an appropriate sentiment on the gift card a struggle? 1-800 Flowers provides suggested messages too. It's obvious that this florist knows a thing or two about how to give a good gift.

Satisfaction guaranteed

The flower clubs here are backed by the company's 100% Smile Guarantee. It promises that 1-800 Flowers will make it right if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason.

Lots of issues - but they get resolved

And, based on what we've seen, 1-800 Flowers will make good on its promises... eventually. The brand family as a whole has an "A+" rating and accreditation from the Better Business Bureau, which means that they're doing an excellent job of resolving customer complaints. However, we were less than thrilled to see that there were nearly 2,000 issues filed with the BBB in the last three years - and that many of them described having trouble getting a refund prior to involving the BBB.

Thousands of reviews - positive and negative

Feedback on Trustpilot is similar, and customers leaving ratings were split exactly even between 1- and 5-star reviews (with over 11,000 of each). Granted, almost none of those reviews were about the flower subscriptions specifically - but when complaints center around poor quality (both of local florist-arranged bouquets and farm-direct deliveries) and lackluster customer service, it's only logical to think that would affect club purchases as well.

Trust but verify

1-800 Flowers has quite a few options that you might not find with other flower clubs, like being able to choose between local florist delivery and direct-from-the-farm shipment, or saving on fees by opting into the Passport program. We're also fairly confident that, as such a huge business, 1-800 Flowers is committed to customer satisfaction and will work things out if there's a problem. But, we don't like the fact that we'd go into this flower subscription expecting to have issues, looking at how often other customers have complained.

Better choices available

This could be a good flower club if you're doing a lot of gift-giving and want to take advantage of all of the companies within the brand family. Otherwise, we'd suggest looking at the higher-rated subscriptions on our list - to hopefully make it more likely that your flower deliveries are all good from the get-go.

As a family-owned business, Enjoy Flowers has over 50 years in the flower game. These guys are all about fresh flowers straight from Colombian farms, taking care of over 1500 employees there with above-average wages and benefits, plus a housing fund that's helped more than 4500 families get better homes in Colombia over the past 40 years. Pretty impressive, right?

Four flower clubs (that aren't always easy to find)

You might have to do a bit of clicking before you find all of the subscription options with Enjoy Flowers: when we went specifically to the Subscriptions tab, it only showed us one option. Use our link to go to the page that shows you everything on offer here, which includes:

But, even then, the description at the bottom of the page only mentioned Garden and Designer as options. Seems like Enjoy Flowers needs to get on the same page, literally, when it comes to what they sell!

Bouquets are always a surprise

We'll focus on the Garden Collection, since it was the only one we found no matter where we looked on the Enjoy Flowers site. You'll pay $65 per delivery (which includes shipping fees) and get a hand-tied bouquet of 30-35 stems of farm-fresh seasonal flowers. This can be displayed as one big arrangement or broken into 2-3 smaller-yet-full-size bouquets. The specifics will always be a surprise, but possible blooms include roses, spray roses, alstroemerias, carnations, matsumoto, hydrangeas, and more.

Most deliveries on Tuesday or Thursday

Looking to send this flower club as a gift? At checkout, you can put in your friend's name and email and let them know who's sending the blooms (if you want). Or, if you're all about keeping it hush-hush, you can skip the notification. These flowers usually show up on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so be ready to choose your preferred delivery date on a day when your recipient will be home to receive them.

Month-to-month is the only option now

By the way, there's no way to set a subscription length and forget it with Enjoy Flowers. Although they used to have a pay-in-advance membership structure for their flower club, now you only have the choice of month-to-month deliveries. That's not a bad thing if you want to get flowers each and every month and you're good about putting a reminder on your calendar to cancel by a certain date. On the other hand, if you're giving this flower club as a gift and you don't want to keep sending bouquets indefinitely, this isn't the most gifting-friendly option we've seen.

Fresh for 7 days - supposedly

In theory, Enjoy Flowers stands by their flowers with a 7-day stay-fresh guarantee. If your bouquet doesn't stay fresh and fabulous for a week, they'll hook you up with a replacement.

Long-term customers aren't happy anymore

Unfortunately, the customer service with this florist seems to be on the decline, and we're not sure you'll always get a replacement if you ask for one. Some people who used to buy from Enjoy Flowers regularly talk about "the good old days" of attentive customer service, large and lush bouquets, and affordable prices... that don't seem to be the case as often now. Even their social media channels seemed to go quiet after Fall 2022.

Not a flower club we recommend

We've had to drop Enjoy Flowers a lot in our rankings. It looks like the company has made quite a few changes to their service, and not in a direction that's bringing in much love from its customers. Despite having a current copyright date on their online store, this florist may not be doing much of a robust business in the flower club marketplace these days. We definitely recommend looking at the higher-ranked subscriptions on our list before handing your money over to Enjoy Flowers.

Urban Stems takes a modern approach to flowers, sourcing most blooms from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms and offering coast-to-coast next-day delivery plus same-day delivery in NYC, DC, and LA. The company operates as a full-service florist, with both traditional one-off bouquets as well as a subscription option for regular deliveries.

3 club tiers but not much info

There are three flower clubs to choose from at Urban Stems: Classic ($55), Seasonal ($75), and Luxe ($105). All of the subscriptions come with a glass vase on the first delivery, and the two higher tiers also include Urban Stems' branded shears. Beyond that, the company doesn't go into much detail about the differences among the three arrangements. We wish they'd at least tell us how many stems to expect, what varieties of flowers might be included, and the rest of the details that most rival flower clubs offer upfront.

Pay all at once or as each delivery is scheduled

Speaking of upfront, we do like that Urban Stems lets you pay as you go or pay all at once when you choose your plan. It says that you'll save on every delivery when you prepay, but when we ran the numbers we didn't see any discount compared with the per-delivery pricing.

Decent flexibility for club length and delivery frequency

You have several ways to set up your flower club here. First, you'll decide if you want bouquets to arrive weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Next, you indicate if you want your subscription to be ongoing, or if you'd rather have it for a preset number of months (between 3-12). Finally, after you choose the first delivery date, you have the option to set this as a gift and include a gift message. We appreciate that there's a link to get a suggested message if people need a bit of help finding the right words.

Hard to find happy customers here

Unfortunately, despite having a beautiful-to-browse website and some attractively flexible options for flower clubs, Urban Stems falls absolutely flat when it comes to reputation. Starting with an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau and continuing on with 90% of Trustpilot reviews giving this florist the lowest possible 1-star score, it's hard to find anyone who actually likes the customer experience with Urban Stems.

Disappointing customer comments

One person put it best when she described this club as "wilted and dying bouquets delivered monthly" . Time and again, customers say that these arrangements will more often than not arrive dead, brown, late - or not at all. Yes, when asked to send a replacement, Urban Stems does - but even those deliveries have issues. Mother's Day in particular is the Achilles' heel for this retailer, canceling deliveries without notice and failing to offer a refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

Choose a different flower club instead of this one

Urban Stems just doesn't deliver - figuratively or literally. You're almost guaranteed to be let down by your flower club purchase here, but lucky for you there are several trustworthy options on our list that get it right most (if not all) of the time. Give one of those higher-rated florists your business and stay away from Urban Stems.
