IRS Airlines was a privately held limited liability company incorporated on the 19Nov2001 and the company was issued an Air Transport License in Feb2002. Operations started on 15Mar2002 but its License was suspended by the Nigerian Aviation Authorities in 2004 for ‘unethical practices’ but allowed to resume operations. On 07-Nov-2013 it was grounded by Nigerian CAA because of lack of aircraft but resumed operations early 2014. Suspect the airline failed in 2016
