Came for my cousin’s graduation dinner. The Graduation Party “Experience” they held was amazing. The service was incredible, shout out to Brock for being so available even though he seemed to have many duties. The food was great aswell, my steak was cooked perfectly, super juicy and super tender (12 oz Prime Striploin). The chicken alfredo was good too, nothing special to be honest, but still good. I do recommend the cobb salad, the blue cheese was pleasant and not overpowering. All in all great experience.

Staff and management is top notch at our Guildford Earls. Music is great too. Chicken strips and Margherita pizza could have been a bit more flavourful but were served hot and still pretty good. A teeeeny bit more sauce and cheese on the pizza would make a difference. I requested parm and added even more at home, which kind of did the trick. Great crispy fries, yam fries, and burger. I really enjoy the Caesars there too. Love the lounge and sports tvs. Lots of close, free parking.

I had such a great Mother’s Day at earls, even though the food took 40 minutes the boss was so nice and payed for our meal and drinks! We really appreciate it! Thank you agian!

Booked a table in the lounge for Mother’s Day. They ended up giving my table inside to another family. They ended putting us outside on the patio. If I knew I was going to be in the patio I would have booked another location. Also, the staff didn’t know how to properly set up an outdoor umbrella my 76 year old father had to do it for the staff.

My food was warm/cold. Took forever to get our dinner. For dessert after 25 min manager came over to tell us that they can’t do one of the desserts as the torch is broken and asked us to order another one which we did (cheesecake). No apologies and still charged us for 2 desserts. Then when the bill came we had a gift card that we wanted to use and one of the waitresses had no idea how to use it. After spending 10mins finally she got our waitress and she was able to use the gift card. So our overall experience was not good. My boys also didn’t like their burgers (bacon chader cheese). Bacon was so hard. It was our first time visiting Earls and it will also be our last time.

A tremendously disappointing experience. We have never received such slow service, from the time it took you to get our drinks to the end when we received our bill. Communication extremely poor and inaccurate (ie your meals will be out in 20 more minutes - more than 45 mins later we were waiting ….). Unfortunately not the place to take hungry teenagers. While there were attempts to make it right with comp’d desserts/appetizers, even paying the bills took an excessively long time. Hopefully this is not the new normal for Earls. Restaurant was not overly busy (empty tables), there were numerous excuses why things were taking as long as they had. I would not recommend this restaurant until it has a thorough quality improvement examination and issues are addressed.

Food was average at best. Quality is much lower than it used to be and especially when compared to other Earls in the area. One of the servers was excellent and did her best to accommodate and make it right. But can’t make up for lack of food quality: Kids burger was over cooked, soup was served cold, sushi was subpar. Hate to write this review but since I’ve given them enough chances, unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

We had to wait 25 minutes to be seated although we had reservation. The server was fabulous but all 6 meals were dry, unflavourful and generally disappointing for the cost.

Had an excellent time, food was great, and the serving team/front of house was great. The bar fell short, which was disappointing. Drinks were not garnished, and after two rounds, drinks were modified without having asked. Drinks previously built tall were built short, and wine that was previously ordered 9 oz was given smaller. Not sure if shift change affected how bartender served, but the bar service fell short and is unfriendly when addressed.

Ordered two steak dinners, the vegetables on both plates were under cooked. Couldn’t eat them at all. Server didn’t come till after we ate and only gave us 10% off. Music was too loud and service was subpar. Will not be back. Birthday dinner was extremely disappointing

Our server was very personable and efficient. We found the Chowder not up to Earl’s best. 4 of us . The comments were 2 many vegs (I was okay with that) it was more broth than chowder and there was a sour taste, maybe too much lemon? Most thought it wasn’t hot enough😩 Chicken Parmesan should have been crispier and risotto was more like regular rice. Had a nice visit with long time friends but not as good as I expect from Earl’s. Sorry I don’t have the servers name. Slim build, dark hair , good looking and a nice young man 👍

Good late lunch experience, good service, tasty food and happy hour drink. I made the mistake of sitting in the sports lounge as one patron was very loud and could be heard several tables away and he took several phone calls which was also loud. I will sit in regular restaurant seating next time

I have frequented this location quite a few times, and the food/service never disappoints. Great ambiance and the Servers are super friendly. We had the fish tacos along with blackened Cajun chicken, and we had the cheesecake as dessert. Everything tasted amazing, no complaints.

Service was very good. West Coast pizza was dry and minimal toppings, not good. Angry lettuce wraps were a small serving and no where near as good as Cactus Club. Truffle fries were good, Cajun chicken burger again was not as good as Cactus.

If you want to have your table taken away while you are finishing your food because the general managers parents or family want the table you are at then please go here to not be valued. The service and everything is just going downhill and disrespect is at an all time high. Other people are more important than paying customers. No warning was given to us only the fact that we had to move while we aren’t even done our food and couldn’t even finish our meal in peace. I would also want to mention went here last week and they were out of food for basic things like fries and gluten free buns and other items. They should put a note on the door tables are only for people they want and food shortages. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will never not go again.

Very loud & overpriced food. $27 for a veggie burger is outrageous! Music so loud you think you are in a night club, and it follows you to the bathroom & outside. Service & food is so/so. If you plan to dine at a commissary kitchen you are better off at Cactus Club.

Our server and manager were awesome. Unfortunately my food came incorrect so I got a new one. But the new one was so cold and I was so hungry I didn't want to say anything. I ate half and brought it home. The kindest of V and and I forget the guys name, he welcomed us, his bday is sept 4 thats all j remember and hes 19 😄 . He was amazing.

We were celebrating my mother’s 93rd birthday with brunch. It wasn’t overly busy at the time we went so we did enjoy that it wasn’t noisy as Earls can sometimes be. The food was delicious especially the crab eggs Benedict. Very enjoyable.

This is a late review, but this Earl’s always has excellent service. Their truffle fries are also the best I’ve had (the best prior to this was Tableau in downtown, which they discontinued, so Earl’s is my go-to for them now). Plenty of seating at this location, attentive staff as well.
