Traveling with family to celebrate my granddaughter 6th birthday at Disney World Orlando. Our flight was on time as scheduled and we arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Great flight Great Crew, they made my granddaughter bday celebration special as well!! Great Job Spirit Airlines

I've flown multiple airlines over the past 2 years. I have flown on Spirit 5 times in the past year. My experience has always been easy, comfortable, and seamless. Spirit has definitely made a loyal customer out of me over this past year. Traveling again in a couple weeks, it will definitely be on Spirit airlines!

They closed the gate 50
Minutes early and didn’t let anyone on. Terrible customer service at the front desk and wouldn’t do nothing about it stating it’s not there problem.

WORST FLIGHT OF MY ENTIRE LIFE.. rather drive the 26hours than go through Spirit ever again.. crappy service, crappy plane and horrible customer service when booking or cancelling
