May 05, 2018: Mumbai Indians (MI) kept their playoff hopes high after a 6-wicket win over Kings XI Punjab in their IPL last night. Chasing 175 runs, MI had a cautious start. Both openers Suryakumar Yadav and Evin Lewis were taking a reserved approach early but as the game progressed they began hitting the boundaries.

Chasing 178 runs to win, Chris Lynn gave KKR a solid start against CSK after he hit two sixes in the very first over.

May 01, 2018: Chennai Super Kings beat Delhi Daredevils by 13 runs in an Indian Premier League (IPL) match on Monday night to reclaim the top spot in the points tally in Pune. Chasing 212, DD's Rishabh Pant and Vijay Shankar struck quickfire half-centuries to give CSK a late scare but in the end, the visitors managed 198/5 in 20 overs, slumping to their sixth defeat of the ongoing season to continue to languish at the bottom of the points table.
