The Tweeter is a single-target tower that deals 2 damage at base level (1.6 DPS). It is obtained by redeeming the code "UPDATEINAMINUTE2022." At later levels the Tweeter gives the player extra cash per wave, like the Farm. This tower is one of the two towers that you can get with a code along with the Patrioteer.

Appearance

The Tweeter is a unit that wears sky blue clothing and has a blue bird sitting on its left shoulder. The Tweeter wields a M1911.

Upgrades

Hater Shades ($120)

• Range increases from 10.5 to 14.
• Added Cosmetics: The Tweeter wears white shades with golden frames.
• Sell price increases to $233.

Stonk ($420)

• The player gains $80 per wave.
• Added Cosmetics: The Tweeter holds a smartphone on its left hand and wears a top hat.
• Sell price increases to $433.

Dual Wield ($780)

• Firerate decreases from 1.25s to 0.71s.
• Damage increases from 2 to 3. (4.2 DPS)
• Added Cosmetics: The Tweeter wields another pistol, wears white gloves, and black bow tie. The phone that was once previously held is now stored in its right pocket.
• Sell price increases to $833.

ChitChat ($1,850)

• The Tweeter is able to attack into the range of all other Tweeters regardless of its position on the map.
• Damage increases from 3 to 5. (7 DPS)
• Added Cosmetics: The Tweeter stands on a cloud. The Tweeter is surrounded by three birds, wears a watch on its left arm, and has a Twitter logo and wings on its back.
• Sell price increases to $1,748.

Tactics

• Level 1 tweeters are surprisingly cost efficient, comparable to Mercenary or Golden Scout.
  • All of the upgraded versions are much worse however, and the tower needs to generate income for at least 10 rounds to cover the difference.
• The Tweeter is a great tower for early wave survival due to its cheap placement and upgrading prices. In addition, the player will also receive income at level 3.
• Tweeters are more effective when used together in numbers. Level 5 Tweeters will be able to cover much of the map and damage enemies if multiple Tweeters are covered in many areas of the map. Theoretically, this gives the level 5 Tweeters infinite range.
• Tweeters can be used as an alternative to Farms for earlier waves as they make money from damaging enemies and gain income at level 3. However, using Tweeter for farming is not advised as Tweeter costs a lot more than Farm to generate a smaller amount of income.
• Due to Tweeter´s lack of camouflage defense, it is advised to bring towers with hidden detection, such as Fragger.

• The Tweeter is a reference to X (formerly Twitter), likely made to promote Planet3arth's Twitter account.
• The Level 3 upgrade's name, "Stonkss," is a reference to the "Stonks" meme.
• Tweeter is the first tower that could be obtained by redeeming a code.
• The Tweeter is the second tower in the game which can produce income per wave. The first being the Farm and followed by the Huntsman.
• The Tweeter is likely inspired by the COBRA from Bloons TD Battles.
