Sector B Vasant Kunj, Delhi

It's in prime location ,well connected roads, all premium facilities are there. We can easily find a good school, hospital, institute etc which is near to this area. Big malls, fashion store ,retails destination are near to this place. Metro station is very near well connected road all transport facility is there. Overall it's a good society to live all facilities you will get here. It's neighbourhood is industrial in nature so no need to think of the transport facility you can easily so there and find work and easily come back with the best connectivity.

With the best transport facility available some times it get too traffic also which is very noisy and pollution causing. Parking space problem can be seen , water shortage usually happens, people are not behaving good sometimes you have to deal with their rudeness also it's common but there, parks are not well maintained which is not good at all.

It's prime location neighbourhood of elite classes like diplomate. Well connected roads are there. Best school hospital and shopping malls. Transport facility is very well well connected raods are there. Good society basically it is divided into 5 sector like sector A,B, C,D an E. Parking facility is also very good. Major fashion and retail destination are here we can call it as a hub of fashion destination. Environment condition is also fine here. Metro station near to this society airport also near to it. In locality we will find CCTV cameras everywhere which is good for safety.

It has good connectivity of roads but sometimes get too noisy and full of traffic. With so much vehicles pollution is also there but less compared to other areas. It's fashion hum big mall and Market are here but costly at the same time. Some times people living in the society are using bad languages also and fighting for small small issue which I don't like. Over all it's good place but can be better with some more facilities and with environment safety measures. But one main issue which I have faced was water shortage issue.

Sector B Vasant Kunj is a very good residential area. it has good schools, institutes, hospitals, and malls and well connected with the other parts of the city. good parking space and well maintained parks available here. metro connectivity nearby. well-maintained roads.

there are always traffic jams and pollution level is too high due to crowded area, there are factories which makes area polluted.

It is a safe and secure area with good infrastructure and public transport. The area is home to several shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment venues, making it a great place to spend time. Vasant Kunj Sector B is conveniently located close to the Indira Gandhi International Airport, making it an ideal location for business travellers. Vasant Kunj Sector B is a well-developed residential area in South Delhi.

Though it has many positive it has Frequent Traffic Jams in Peak Hours and Has some high Noise pollution being One of the prime Locality of Delhi and Has some Frequent Parking issues also.

I am here from last one year. This place is very nice. I like culture and parks of this locality. PVR cinemas was very nice. I watch movies five times there. I like the environment of that place. I suggest people to go and wander that place they like that place very much. The roads are well maintained at that place and transport facilities are very nice and there is no traffic jams.

The main negative point of Delhi is pollution as every people know. The traffic is very busy at the day time and jam occurred at the day time. Outdoor of my office there is a problem of parking so I am very irritating at that time. Temperature of Delhi is very high it's on the peak at the time of evening.

Everything whatever is required for a family to stay happily and comfortably anywhere in this world is within 5 minutes of reach form our locality. Whether it is schools, hospitals, shopping malls,cinema theater's, police station, metro station. In short you cannot find any drawbacks here. I love my locality.

Well this is really tough but still, you will not find battery/tricycle rickshaws jamming around on the roads. You will miss candle light dinners as there are no power cuts here. But one drawback is surely there as you will here aeroplanes sound as international airport is just 7-8 kms from here.

The locality is in the foot of Aravallis just few kms from the airport. It is a peaceful green locality. Within radius of 1 km one can find shopping malls like Vasant square mall , ambience , big bazaar, DLF promenade. The nearest metro station is Chhatarpur, moreover the area is highly connected by city local bus service. There are many healthcare centres like Fortis hospital, spinal injuries. Even Aiims is just few kms away. For veggies and groceries the area contains stores like Harayana Fresh, Safal , mother diaries. It is also resided by small villages like Kishangarh, masoodpur and basti. The sector includes parks and garden for walking and playing of children n people of all ages. The area os apt for staying in Delhi

The thing I like most about this locality is its connectivity because it lies in South Delhi. Major schools like Kendriya vidyalaya, GD Goenka and Bhatnagar are nearby and hospitals and Parks are also nearby. Nearest metro station would he Chattarpur metro station (yellow line).

Poor Public transport is a very common problem along with Frequent power cuts sometimes there's power cut for like 5-6 hours.

Advantage of residing in this area is you can have bit of everything.... Whether it's airport or shopping centre or malls or school or nightlife. Everything is available here, you just need to explore.

It is surrounded by some area which are not so well maintained. There are 3 metro stations nearby but none at walking distance. Cannot rely on public transport.

I like mostly things in this plase because it is very populated plase and I mostly like the transport facilities and shops and many schools and hospitals nearby

the main thing is there is many power cuts and water shortage and not having well maintained roads and there is no traffic lights
