CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — Clarksburg Police have released photos of a female wanted in connection with an alleged stabbing.
Officers responded to Clay Street around noon Tuesday. A male with a stab wound in his right shoulder was located in the area of Joyce Street, according to a press release from the Police Department.
The victim was taken to United Hospital Center for treatment for his injury, which was not life threatening, according to the release.
An investigation revealed that Amber Zenisek stabbed a teenager and fled the area. Zenisek is wanted on an active warrant for malicious assault, according to the release.
Zenisek is described as a white female, 35 years of age, standing 5-foot-1 and weighing 180 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is operating a white Toyota Camry bearing West Virginia registration 36L552. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
