Purchased for husband and he said it has a nice sophisticated look. He really likes it and is looking forward to using it on our next trip. The sale price was amazing! Too bad there wasn’t a lighter color for myself.

The London Fog Duffel bag is very nice and good quality. I like the bottom section for packing shoes. For a summer trip a woman can fit several pairs of sandals and a pair of athletic shoes in the space. This will be the perfect carry on bag for my upcoming trip overseas.

The bottom is solid side for greater protection and the rest of the case is soft side. I pack shoes in the bottom and clothing, electronics, toiletries, and paperwork in the top. Perfect carryon (overhead bin) item. Stylish. Durable. Practical. London Fig knocked it out of the park with this one.

I returned it. The snap on the laptop sleeve part broke the first time that I used it... like as I was packing it up. I didn't want to exchange for a new one if this is the quality of a brand new item. I did like the bottom shoe compartment, but felt the top didn't open wide enough to pack it efficiently.

Great piece of luggage but your bag WILL NOT come with a shoulder strap. Looks to be of good quality but your bag will be missing the shoulder strap

Love this luggage set! I have all the pieces and it looks so stylish. I've only taken one trip but it is holding up nicely. The duffle is very convenient and can fit underneath a plane seat if duffel not too packed. It's easy to carry although I do use a portable trolley to convert to rolling (trolley purchased separately). The bottom zipped part is perfect for shoes, my trolley, and anything else you don't want touching your stuff. I've taken this on one international trip so far but am sure it will be a go-to bag for future travel. It fits very conveniently on top of a rolling luggage handle. If you can catch this set on sale, I would definitely recommend purchasing

I have been trying to get this Christmas gift to my granddaughter since way before Christmas. Macy’s cancelled the order & said they would re-ship the duffle bag. I had to called at least 4 times. Tried to online chat with no positive help. My granddaughter wanted this for a Christmas present & she was going to take a trip in January. I am really disappointed that we still don’t have the bag.
