- Nicole ANormal, IL29 contributionsWe didn’t think we would have time to squeeze this in on our short trip but were able to stop for 90 minutes. The brief time we were there was breathtaking! I wish we would have taken the tram ride to see the rest but ran out of time!Written June 1, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - CreveCoeurMoCreve Coeur, MO266 contributionsWe have been to several presidential Libraries and Museums: Lyndon Johnson, George W. Bush, Harry Truman and Bill Clinton. I liked this one the Best. Gerry and Betty Ford were such genuine and caring people. We learned how he brought the nation together after Nixon and Watergate. He was criticized by many for pardoning Nixon, but he cared more about taking care of the business of the American people than bogging down the nation in a lengthy trial. Sure makes me wish he was around today. When he lost to Carter, he was so gracious and helpful, that at Carter’s inauguration, Carter thanked him and asked him to stand (You can see the video). This is very unusual and not done before or since. I felt choked up learning how gracious both he and Betty were. We were lucky to tag along on a tour that docent Ann Hahn was conducting for 7th graders. She kept their attention (amazing) and brought the Ford’s alive for us. This might be why we loved this museum the most.Written May 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Lee SLima, OH108 contributionsThe visitor center is the not FLW house on the side. The sign is on driveway to the Meyer May House so it is not clear from the street or Google Earth Maps. The experience begins with a 30+ minute video on the restoration and then the 8 in the group were split into two 4 person groups. This makes it a very personal tour compared to other FLW house experiences. Our guide was Bill and he was excellent and engaging.Written April 12, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The show was great, but the venue was pretty nice too. It was modern and looks to be a relatively newer facility. The seats were fairly comfortable. Bathrooms were pretty decent, considering the sellout crowd. A good venue to see an arena-style concert.Written November 1, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
