After selecting your products either in store, on MENARDS.COM®, or our Menards® mobile app, Menards® can deliver to your home, business, or jobsite.

On MENARDS.COM® or our Menards® mobile app:
After placing the items in your cart, select "Local Store Delivery" under the "How to Get It" option when checking out.

Not all items are eligible for this method—the "How to Get It" option will show what shipping methods you can choose.

2. Place your order
On MENARDS.COM® or our Menards® mobile app:
During the checkout process, you will be able to select your preferred date, which we will do our best to accommodate. For major appliances, you will also be able to select if you would like your appliance brought into your home. Installation is available for qualifying appliances. After completing your purchase, a store Team Member will reach out to you to confirm your delivery date.

In Store:
At our Order Pick Up & Delivery department desk (follow the orange signs in store to the desk), a Team Member will assist you with setting up your delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY
• Delivery will be placed on driveway onto garage opening if accessible
• For driveway, area where delivery is to be placed must be clear and accessible

IN-HOME DELIVERY Additional fees apply
• Applies to indoor furniture, refrigerators, electric ranges, washing machines, and electric dryers

INDOOR FURNITURE Additional fees apply
• Must fit through all doorways. Delivery service will not remove doors
• Delivery service will do simple setup only, including putting backrest on recliner and installing legs
• Delivery service will remove and dispose of packaging

REFRIGERATOR Additional fees apply
• Must fit through all doorways. Delivery service will not remove doors
• Must have new connection hoses purchased from Menards®
• Must have 110V (Fig. 1) outlet within reach of appliance cord
• If a water hook-up is needed, a water supply line with shut-off valve must be within 6' of the appliance on the same floor
• Water line must be shut off and disconnected from old appliance before installation

ELECTRIC RANGE
• Must have new 3- or 4-prong cord purchased from Menards®. It must fit your existing outlet
• Must have a 240V, 3- or 4-prong outlet (Figs. 2 and 3) within at least 4' of new range
• Installation available for gas or built-in appliances, over-the-range hoods/microwaves, and dishwashers through the installer center at your local store

WASHING MACHINE
• Must have new connection hoses purchased from Menards®
• Must have outlet within reach of appliance cord
• Water supply line with shut-off valve must be within 4' of appliance on the same floor. Shut-off valve must be corrosion free

ELECTRIC DRYER
• Must have new 3- or 4-prong cord purchased from Menards®. It must fit your existing outlet
• Must have a 240V, 3- or 4-prong outlet (Figs. 4 and 5) within at least 4' of new dryer
• Must have proper ductwork in place for dryer vent connection. Must have new dryer connection hose kit from Menards®
• Installation available for gas or built-in appliances, over-the-range hoods/microwaves, and dishwashers through the installer center at your local store

Local Store Delivery FAQs
Who makes the delivery to my home or jobsite?
An independent delivery company will be making the delivery to your home or jobsite.

Will the delivery service remove interior/exterior doors if necessary for my delivery to fit into the home?
No. The delivery service will not remove doors when making a delivery. If the product is unable to fit through the doorway, it will be left in the garage if accessible.

Will you provide an ETA to me before the delivery?
Yes. If you have opted in, an email/text notification will be sent with a 5 hour time window for your delivery. An additional notification will be sent once the delivery service leaves the store with your delivery. Then the delivery service will contact you when they are on the way to your delivery site.

Can Menards® deliver and install my gas, hardwired, dishwasher, or built-in appliance?
With Local Store Delivery, the delivery service is able to deliver these appliances into your home. As installation for these appliances requires a licensed professional, installation is not available through the delivery service. Installation is available through the Whirlpool Nationwide Delivery Program, and local installers are also available through the Installer Center at your local store's Cabinet's & Appliances Department desk.

After selecting your products either in store or online via the Design & Buy™ Truss or Landscaping page, Menards® can arrange delivery to your home, business, or jobsite. Select products are available for delivery direct from our manufacturing plants.

MENARDS.COM®:
On MENARDS.COM®, you can purchase a jobsite delivery through the Design & Buy™ Truss or Landscaping page.

• Design & Buy™ Truss
Start a new design or search one of your saved designs. Once you complete your design, you will proceed to the delivery options. To have your order delivered, select the "Delivered to Building Site" option.

• Design & Buy™ Landscaping
Start a new design or search one of your saved designs. Once you complete your design, proceed to purchase where if your order is for more than 20,000 pounds of block, you will be given the Jobsite Delivery option.

2. What to expect
Types of Jobsite Deliveries:

• Masterlift Truck
Masterlift trucks are the most common method of delivery from our Distribution Centers. Watch the video to see this truck in action.

• Roller Trailer
Roller trailers are used for large quantities of trusses. Watch the video to see this trailer in action.

• Customer Unload
This is the lowest cost method of delivery. If you want to unload the truck and have equipment capable of lifting 5,000 pounds and 13 feet in the air, you can save some money.

Jobsite Delivery FAQs

How big is the truck making the delivery?
Jobsite deliveries will be made with full-sized semi tractors weighing up to 80,000 pounds and 70 feet in total length.

Can I unload the material by hand?
No, the jobsite material may be loaded as high as 13 feet in the air and will require equipment to take it off the trailer.

How do I know the date my product will be delivered?
A jobsite coordinator from the Distribution Center will schedule your delivery based on the availability of the product. If you have opted in, you will be sent a text notification from the jobsite coordinator letting you know the date your delivery is scheduled for. If you have any questions or concerns, please call or text the number you received the delivery date from.

Will you provide an ETA to me before the delivery?
Yes. If you have opted in, a text notification will be sent with a time window for your delivery. The delivery service will contact you when they are on the way to your delivery site.

How can I reduce the delivery cost?
If you have equipment capable of unloading the truck upon arrival, you can set your delivery up as a customer unload.

Where will my product be placed at the jobsite?
Your product will be placed on a hard, compacted area.

Who do I contact if I need to make changes to my order?
If changes to your order are needed, please reach out to the store your orders were purchased from, or the Online Customer Service Representatives.
