My experience at Centennial High School had been a journey. I’ve grown so much not only academically but as a person. At Centennial i’m surrounded full of supportive staff and my peers who encourage me to fulfill my goals to the best of my ability. I’m given the resources i need to succeed, and possible tools to begin college. The only change I hope for is the support for all clubs on campus, and improving the buildings, bathrooms for example.
I have loved my experience at Centennial High School these past four years. The diversity of the school really stood out to me and the prestige academics were an important part in choosing this school. The environment that surrounds Centennial and the teachers who care about their students have played a huge role in my success here at Centennial. I appreciate everything this school has offered and am confident in saying that I had a well-rounded high school experience.
My time at this school has been alright for the most part. The only real highlights I've had here are the friends I have made and some of my super supportive teachers. My teachers have made my high school experience enjoyable, they are engaging teachers who do not give excessive amounts of busy work, which I really appreciate. They also listen to their students, on whether students need more help or time on a subject. Many of my teachers have been very open-minded. However, the lunch we is not the food is not the best, and the facilities could be better. Half of our bathrooms are closed, and many of them don't have toilet covers which is really inconvenient. However, Besides that, the one thing I hated at my school was our tardy system, lunch detention was issued every time we were late regardless of the circumstances, which did not make sense to me. From my perspective, it would make more sense for lunch detention to be administered after the third tardy.
