3/4 cup water
3 eggs
7 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened and cubed
1 container (16 oz each) Duncan Hines® Creamy Vanilla Frosting
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles, as needed

Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray two 8-inch round pans with baking spray.
Beat cake mix, water, eggs and butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes.
Pour batter into pans and bake 26 to 31 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool in pans on wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove cakes from pans and cool completely.
Stir together frosting and confectioners' sugar in small bowl. Place cooled bottom cake layer on serving plate and frost top with layer of frosting 1/4-inch thick. Place top cake layer on top of frosting layer; frost top and sides of cake. Sprinkle top of smash cake with rainbow sprinkles; add additional decoration as desired. Serve and smash!
