Don’t go on Sunday

The mosque was just beautiful. The guide was difficult to understand at times. The tour was somewhat rushed due to it being Sunday. The church has several masses and everyone must leave at that time. Do not go on a Sunday if u can help it!

Viator cancelled my tour the day before I was to travel to Granada. The Alhambra was the reason I travelled to Spain from the U.S. with my 85 year old mother. Not pleased or impressed. They didn’t have any backup plan for this type of problem—apparently some computer mixup. The stock email they sent was tone deaf. I am of course very relieved they are addressing the problem, but how does that help me?

Worthwhile location to have a guide

The location was amazing and we saw a lot in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Our tour guide, while knowledgeable was difficult to understand due to a heavy accent. Having a Priority Access pass was not necessary as there was no line up however we had over 20 participants in our tour which was unfortunate. 12-15 would have been much better.

Disappointing, the tour brings very little information on top of what you would gather by yourself with an audio guide purchased on the site for a fraction of the price.

Amazing Mezquita

Mezquita was amazing, really unlike any other. The guide was ok. She spoke in monotone like someone who has memorized her piece. I wished she was more animated and spoke with passion like she was a local and proud of her Mezquita. We started on time.

Disappointed we had to cancel due to emergency visit to hospital.

Started ten minutes late and ended ten minutes early. Guide had passable English and gave a decent account of the monument. I feel like I got good value on a low priced option but would pick a deeper dive of the information tour if I were to go again.

Difficult to pick one specific moment. Everything fascinating with wow factor. Good time of the year to visit as no crowds. Easy to find collection point. Guide was on time and the headphones worked very well. Guide was very good. Lots of information to take in. Would recommend everyone visiting get your guide otherwise you cannot appreciate the different cultures and religions. The weather temperature in October was much better than during July and august when we first visited as too hot, too busy and very tiring. We hope when you visit you will have the same wonderful experience. Nothing more to say but thank you, for our enjoyable trip
