The smooth variation in caramel quickly became my go-to since I have sensitive skin and steer clear of lace and other textures for my undergarments. I usually wear a 34B, and it fit me like a glove once I adjusted the straps. It does have an underwire, but after a little over a month of wearing it every other day for at least a few hours, I have yet to feel any poking or irritating pressure against my chest. I appreciate the silky satin finish that helps this bra feel like I'm wearing nothing all day.
