General Terms and Conditions:

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from November 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”) (based on transaction dates).
  2. The promotion is only applicable to YOHO online shop (https://www.yohohongkong.com) (“YOHO online shop”).
  3. Yoho Hong Kong Holdings Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if its payment system cannot handle any of the Eligible Card type(s). Please contact the Merchant for details.
  4. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebate and value of gift vouchers. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: payment of shipping fees, purchase of e-Gift Vouchers, any transactions that are subject to unposted/ falsified/ cancelled/return of goods and/or refund; all fund transfers, or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK); or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
  5. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the eligibility of the transactions based on Citibank's records.
  6. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
  7. Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good record during the promotion period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
  8. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and/or other documents in respect of the transaction for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
  9. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
  10. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
  11. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please inquire the details with the Merchant.
  12. Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by the Merchant, and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.

“HK$150 Instant Discount" Terms and Conditions:

  1. The promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards and/or cardholders of Citibank Debit Mastercard® issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who are also YOHO online shop members ("Cardholders").
  2. Cardholders can enjoy HK$150 instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 4) of HK$1,500 or above at YOHO online shop with Eligible Card and must successfully enter the designated promotion code (“Promo Code”) at the checkout page during the Promotion Period.
  1. Each Cardholders can use the Promo Code TWICE only per calendar month during the Promotion Period, subject to a quota of 1,250 Promo Codes per calendar month on a first-come-first served basis while the quota lasts. Quota full message will be shown on YOHO online shop if the quota is full.

"Up to 50% off selected items" Terms and Conditions:

  1. The promotion period is from now to December 31, 2023, both dates inclusive (based on transaction dates).

“Citi Pay with Points Reward: Earn up to HK$300 Spending Rebates” Terms and Conditions:

  1. The promotion is only applies to principal Cardholders of Citi ULTIMA, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi Prestige Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Gold Card and Citi Classic Card issued by Citibank (“Designated Cards”), who are also YOHO online shop members (“Designated Cardholders”).
  2. All Citi Pay with Points redemptions (based on redemption dates, as defined in “Citi Pay with Points” Terms and Conditions) must be conducted during the Promotion Period.
  3. Designated Cardholders can enjoy HK$100 spending rebate upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 4) of HK$300 or above at YOHO online shop with Designated Cards and subsequently make a successful Citi Pay with Points redemption of HK$300 or above (“Eligible Redemption”) at YOHO online shop during the Promotion Period.
  4. Citi Pay with Points Reward only applies to the first 2,000 Cardholders and completed the requirements as set out in Clause 26 with Designated Cards at YOHO online shop on a first-come-first-served basis, while the quota lasts.
  5. During the entire Promotion Period, each Designated Cardholder (based on the unique Hong Kong Identity Card/ Passport number per Citibank’s record) can enjoy Citi Pay with Points Reward three times at most and only applicable to the first three successful Citi Pay with Points redemptions. Each Designated Cardholder will be entitled to receive a maximum spending rebate amount of HK$300 regardless of whether one or more Designated Cards completed the Citi Pay with Points redemption.
  6. Designated Cardholders are required to maintain sufficient available Citi Points of equivalent value of at least HK$300 in their Designated Card accounts, in order to complete a single Eligible Redemption as set out in Clause 26 to enjoy the offer.
  7. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who have their respective Credit Card(s) replaced, renewed (Inclusive of renewed Visa Card to a Mastercard), report lost / stolen, all the Eligible Redemptions made on the corresponding newly issued Credit Card due to the scenarios mentioned above will be automatically considered in the eligibility of the promotion.
  8. If redemptions are confirmed to be qualified for the rebate after verification by Citibank at its sole and absolute discretion, the corresponding rebate will be automatically credited to the Designated Card account (or the corresponding newly issued Credit Card as referred to Clause 30) on or before February 29, 2024. Regardless of the number of Designated Card(s) hold under the same Designated Cardholder, the one who first fulfills such requirement as aforementioned in Clause 26 will prevail.

“Citi Pay with Points” Terms and Conditions:

  1. Citi Pay with Points Redemption Service (“Service”) applies to Principal Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi Prestige Card, and Citi Ultima Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards").
  2. This Service is applicable to the Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 3 below) Cardholders made at YOHO’s official website www.yohohongkong.com (“YOHO Online Platform”) with an Eligible Card (“Eligible Transaction”).
  3. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
  4. To enjoy this Service, Cardholders must verify their identity by providing the last 4 digits of their Eligible Cards and their mobile number that has been registered with Citibank, as per Citibank’s last updated record, to receive a One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password is correctly entered. Cardholders can select the amount to redeem with Citi Points (“Points”) and complete the redemption under the Service.
  5. The Service is valid immediately after performing the Eligible Transaction. In any case Cardholders exit from YOHO Online Platform voluntarily or involuntarily including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device malfunction or unexpected outage on YOHO Online Platform, during any of the steps illustrated under Clause 4 above, Cardholders will not be eligible to enjoy the Service and will require to make another Eligible Transaction at YOHO Online Platform to enjoy the Service.
  6. The amount of Points redeemed for statement credits will be deducted from Eligible Card account. Cardholders may redeem up to Eligible Transaction amount in full with Points or available Points at Eligible Card account (whichever is lower). Cardholders must redeem a minimum amount, which is subject to the minimum required Points shown in the Citi Pay with Points page under YOHO Online Platform for each redemption. Statement credits will be posted to Cardholders’ Eligible Card account within 7 calendar days of redemption.
  7. The redemption rate varies by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact redemption amount and points required are based on the display at the Citi Pay with Points page under YOHO Online Platform at the time of redemption.
  8. Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to mobile phone number. Citibank shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.
  9. The Service cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.
  10. If under any circumstances Cardholders return or cancel the Eligible Transaction, any associated statement credit will remain on Cardholders’ Eligible Card account and Points will not be returned.
