Minutes south of downtown Moab, E Rock's Casita is a single family, private home that offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a vaulted ceiling with an open concept living/dining/and kitchen area, a large dining table that comfortably sits 8, a TV and sound system, and ample outdoor seating under our patio. Guests also have access to the community pool and hot tub. Additional vehicle parking is found across the street in the large overflow parking lot. Well behaved dogs ok!

The space
Welcome to E-Rock’s Casita! Located 5 miles south of downtown Moab, our single family home sits on a corner and is located in the quiet neighborhood of Tierra Del Sol in the Spanish Valley. No matter what brings you to Moab, our home is the perfect place to prep for a days outing, and unwind after a day of exploring.

Upon arriving at E-Rocks Casita you'll be able to enter the front door using your personal door code that is unique to you. The house itself offers a large, open concept living space. It has two tables; one that comfortably sits 8 people for meals, and a smaller table that is perfect for an office space if needed for working remotely. The house also has an updated bluetooth speaker, a 55in. Smart TV, and three large couches to stretch out on; one of them pulls out and can sleep two if needed.

The kitchen with island bar seating comes stocked and fully equipped. Whether you want to make a snack and go or cook a large meal, our kitchen will have what you need. We have plenty of dinnerware, glassware, utensils and silverware and has all the pots and pans to get the job done. If grilling is more your thing, we have a Weber grill in the backyard.

When it comes to sleeping, we have you covered! We are able to comfortably sleep 8 people. Each room has new, high end sheets, comforters and pillows.

The main bedroom boasts a new, hard wood king bed. It also has an attached bathroom. The two other guest rooms offer brand new, solid wood-framed queen beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans that can be adjusted to your preference. Lastly, we have two rollaway beds that can be placed in the living room if you need to stretch out a bit more. Our brand new sleeper sofa in the living room also offers space to spread out.

E-Rock's Casita also has a fully enclosed backyard. In the spring of 2021 we poured a brand new concrete patio, and built a pergola so you can still get outside but also be out of the sunshine. We just put down fresh sod in the spring of 2022. Our home also offers access to the community pool and hot tub which is down the street.

Parking is no problem at our house. We have a two car garage that is well lit if you need to do some fine tuning or adjustments to your sxs or bike in the evening. If you have a toy hauler, there's an overflow lot across the street. Our house sits on a corner, so the side street is typically wide open to our guests.

Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire house and community pool/hot tub. Please note we do keep a few items in the garage for upkeep and general storage for the house. The closet in the main bedroom is also locked and off limits for owner storage and supplies.

The community pool/hot tub are subject to seasonal closures as they shut down briefly during the winter months. If you are concerned about access in the winter, please ask directly when booking for more details.

Other things to note
We are always trying to improve our property. With that in mind, we have a few items come and go at any time in the garage. We try to keep this space clean and organized but please don't be surprised if we have a few things in there during your stay. Thanks for your understanding!
