2. Factory Reset a Ring Video Doorbell Pro
Resetting a Ring Video Doorbell Pro to its factory default state will erase all its saved settings and preferences.
Remove the doorbell's faceplate then press and hold the reset button on the right side of the camera for 15 seconds.
After releasing it, the ring light located on the front will flash a few times indicating the doorbell is restarting.
The doorbell is now reset to factory defaults. If you want to set it up again, you'll need to use the Ring app to reconnect it to your WiFi network.
