How to apply

We are now inviting applications for September 2024 and beyond and aim to make the process of applying to Ashville as smooth as possible. We recommend a visit to the College first to get a feel for the environment, meet our teachers and pupils and see our facilities. If you decide Ashville is the right place for your child, the next step is to formally apply by completing our online application form below. An application fee is payable at this stage: ÂŁ100 (day) / ÂŁ150 (boarding).

Most of our new pupils join us at the start of the academic year in September. To ensure availability of places, we encourage applications to be submitted by Friday 29 November 2024 prior to the September of entry. We appreciate this isn’t possible for all families, so we will of course accept applications after this date. We also accept applications at any time for joining us midway through the academic year. An overview of the remaining dates in the admissions timeline for September 2024 (all year groups) are listed below.

Testimonials

“Charlie has enjoyed representing the School sports-wise because it punches above its weight in terms of size, which is due to the teachers and the kids being really motivated.”

“My favourite thing about Ashville is in the opportunities that the School provides. They focus on you as a person and you get to try things. You have options and there’s something for everyone.”

“I don’t think it’s possible to pinpoint a single memory of my time at Ashville as you do and are involved in so much. It’s incredible to have these sorts of opportunities.”

Jess (Former Joint Head of School)
Jess

“In Lower School you get a little booklet that helps you keep track of the different activities you’re doing, the values you’re working on, and you can get stamps for the different values. It really helps keep you focused and pushes you to do more.”

Lydia (Year 8 pupil)

“Boarding gives you a whole other life experience. You’re away from home, but part of a very special community.”
