Principal's Message
Dear Marshall Commandos,
I would like to welcome you to John Marshall Metropolitan High School for the 2023-2024 school year! I hope you all are ready for
another productive school year. To ensure success of all students at Marshall, I believe it will take the work of parents, students, staff, and
community partners to continue to move the school forward. As a school, we will focus on instructional practices that are aligned with
Common Core State Standards and push our students to be prepared for the PSAT and SAT exam. We need to continue to show
academic achievement, in order to move the school to Level 2+ status. Achieving daily attendance that demonstrates we are ready to
teach and learn will be one of the school’s priority this school year. We need your support in these efforts! We are planning for another
successful school year ensuring the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students here at Marshall High School. We will work
together to provide our students with the best opportunities to be college and career ready.
