Black Screen on windows reset- tablet

Hi Everyone

Im hoping you can help.  I had a windows tablet pc for xmas ( fusion5 10" tablet with 2gb ram and 32 gb rom) and it had 8.1 preinstalled.  I turned it on out the box set up wifi and updated the software. I was happy to find it had upgraded to windows 10.  being happy with that for a day or two, I then deleted the old windows to make more space as suggested by windows. Shortly afterwards I began to find that my wif was getting very buggy. I then lost it completely yesterday I tried Microsoft support and they were basically unable to help and kept on referring me back to the manufacturer, except its not a hardware issue and doesn't fall under warranty.

      I tried to reinstall drivers etc and tried everything under the sun to remedy but couldn't, so I elected to do a hard reset and reinstall windows. I did this through the recovery option on windows settings and since then nothing..... black screen.

I cant follow any of the suggested remedies as I dont have a USB keyboard. and don't have means to make a boot usb. I am completely screwed. all because it appears that Windows 10 is buggy as ****. PLEASE HELP!!!
