Stayed here two nights while watching my son play in a college golf tournament. Was just a good clean hotel with no problems. Have stayed here twice and would stay here again. We always like Home2 Suites because of the large refrigerator.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We stayed in a 2 queen bed suite. The suites have a kitchenette, sitting area and a bed area. The best part is: there is a curtain hanging from the ceiling separating the beds from the sitting space!!! This is a game changer for families with young children!!! The curtain meant that the kids could go to bed at 8:30p and my husband and I could stay up and read it watch videos on our phones until adult bed time of 11pm. What a dream come true! On other vacations the kids have to stay up late and get overtired and make the evening miserable or the parents have to go to bed early which actually means laying in bed wide awake. I did end up using a bungee cord, some clothes pins and a bed sheet from home to completely separate the spaces as the curtain does not go from wall to wall, but close enough to make our 4 night stay great!
Side notes: 1. Due to COVID-19 there is no buffet breakfast, just some prepackaged muffins and nutrigrain bars. If you want fruit you need to get up early. We bought cereal and milk at the Walmart that is 5 minutes away so it was not a big deal. We took the muffins to the beach for snacks! 2. This location is in the middle of town around loads of food options and across the street from the Tanger Outlet. 3. The staff were so nice to us! Our first night the stomps-a-lots arrived above us stomping well into the night and starting again early in the AM. We spoke to staff and they worked with us to switch our room the following day!

This was our first time staying here. Prior to our arrival on Friday evening, I checked in with the Hilton Honors App and picked out our room. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the front desk clerk. Because, I checked in with the app. There was nothing I had to do. The front desk clerk confirmed, I received my digital key. Unfortunately, we weren't able to pair with the room via Bluetooth, due to a system issue. We were promptly given the room keys and were settled shortly after. The room is nice and big and clean. I love the fact, I had a welcome message on the TV with my name on it. 💜💜 The full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave as well as the dishes supplied made our stay even better. The hotel was nice and quiet. We woke him to eat a hearty hot breakfast. They had waffles to cook yourself, cheese omelettes, southwest omelettes, muffins, bread for toast, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal with all the trimmings.. cranberries, brown sugar, etc. milk, juice, yogurt, coffee, etc. It was a very nice change to have a hot breakfast after all of this time. My children went swimming in the pool and they even provided pool towels for them. We had a wonderful experience here and we were close to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. We are right across the street from the Tanger Outlet Mall. 🙂 That's a plus. I would highly recommend staying here. It was the perfect place for my family.

This is a very new hotel, but it is heading down a road to doom. I checked in around 5 pm, but they did not have the room type I requested (although I'm a Hilton Gold member). Instead, I was given a handicap room on the first floor, next door to a room with a barking dog inside. The handheld shower head fell off when I tried to use it. Also, the shower had leftover hairs and obvious stains. The mattress on the sofabed was worn. It looked as if they put a used mattress in the room instead of a brand new one. There was also a shower cap covering the smoke detector that was installed in the bathroom. If it was installed in a bad location, why not remove, disable, or relocate it. For such a new hotel, this was entirely unacceptable.

The room was so nice and I wanted to love it.... but it was impossible with the LOUD partying every night on the patio directly below our room well until 2 am... staff was no help when calling the front desk! Running, jumping & yelling @ all hours of the night. Also, some guests dogs were barking back and forth at each other quite a few times at night! Nothing was done to put a stop to any of it. Laundry facilities take quarters only, with no change machine and the front desk would not give us change either! I understood at the time we booked that some amenities would/could be affected by the pandemic and that was understandable. However the “breakfast” offered was a joke to say the least. They didn’t even have cereal/milk or pre-packaged options. It was the same cold omelet and sausage patty everyday. I was VERY disappointed with our 8 night stay, especially for the $1500+ price we paid! 😡

Staff should clean rooms as if they are the ones laying their head there spending their hard earn money. People don’t want to spend a lot of money on a room and it’s not cleaned properly. The cleaning was my one problem with the room.

enjoy our time here. room was super clean and nice upon arrival time. all kitchen necessities are provided within the hotel room such as dishwasher, microwave, sink, etc. off the beating path and not too busy!!

I don’t even know where to begin. Room was filthy. Mail clipping on the floor next to the bed. Hair ties in the night stand. This dish were still in the dish washer that smelled like mildew. My favorite was the 25 foot extension cord draped across the sink area for the refrigerator. I asked about getting the room serviced and was told they don’t do room service on the weekends. I was told they are unstaffed. I’m still trying to wrap my head around how you raised the price of a suite to $450.00 then lower the quality of your service. Don’t let this place ruin Foley,AL. It’s a beautiful town with lots of fun stuff to do

Me, my wife, and 3 grandchildren stayed here 3 nights. We had 2 queen beds and a sofa couch. Worked out great for us. A wonderful breakfast takes about $40 off the price for us. They have eggs, biscuits, toast, fruit, waffles, cereal, and more. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only drawback was no in-house cleaning. You put used towels out and go to front desk to get clean. I think they said they clean your room after 3 days but not positive. Other than that it’s nice. Handicap parking is around on the side instead of out front by elevators.

I have stayed at Home 2's before and have liked them. But I really enjoyed this one. The staff was very friendly and made my stay so enjoyable. The girl working Sunday at 5 pm at the desk was wonderful and should be considered an asset to the company. The housekeeping staff was there to help whenever I needed a towel or a question answered. Great job from everyone.
