Only fault was parking at night was to far away for people walking on their own. Scary. - HomecountiexBeaconsfield, UK358 contributionsWe took a turn too early and ended up in the Gardens, instead of finding Dorney Lake - the home of Eton Rowing and the 2012 Olympics.
In fact the Garden Centre is well with visiting, with free parking, very helpful assistants and supported by a lovely cafeteria adjoining.
It's worth mentioning that for most visitors it's too far to walk to THE lake, especially since there are no facilities there! And the Lake car park is £2.50!! Tip - if you really want to see the lake, just drive in to the car park, look and drive out.
