黎建强，男，美国密歇根州立大学哲学博士，国际系统与控制科学院院士，香港城市大学管理科学系讲座教授，香港大学工业工程系荣誉教授，景顺长城研究院风险分析及商业智能研究中心主任。曾为香港和中国的企业提供销售预测、人力资源规划、市场调查、投资评价咨询服务等。研究方向是运营及供应链管理、金融与商业智能模型。研究领域为供应链管理；风险管理；金融工程；大数据与商业智能。近5年发表学术论文200多篇；2021-2023年入选爱思唯尔发布的中国高被引学者名单；2002-2023年入选美国斯坦福大学发布的世界最有影响力科学家排名前2%；2003-2016年任香港城市大学管理科学讲座教授；2005-2008年兼任湖南大学工商管理学院院长。黎教授亦为港交所上市的金禧国际、深交所上市的中联重科集团及上海交银施罗德基金投资公司之独立非执行董事。 [3]

黎黎建强教授积极为香港和中国大陆的企业和组织提供销售预测、人力资源规划、市场调查、存货管理、投资评价等方面的咨询服务，其中包括：永备电池有限公司、霸菱国际投资管理公司、安德森投资顾问公司、香港银行、大家乐、jwl房地产投资顾问公司、雨果印刷、新鸿基地产有限公司、香港佛教医院、维他奶国际控股等待。黎教授学术硕果累累，在国际期刊上广泛发表文章，是《计算科学》、《优化：理论、方法和应用》、《运筹学》、《物流和供应链管理系统》等多个国际学术期刊的主编，同时，也是多个期刊编辑部委员，包括《中国系统工程》、《运筹和量化管理》国际期刊、《制造技术和管理》国际期刊等。黎教授曾任湖南大学工商管理学院院长。目前担任中国科学院、华中科技大学、武汉和华北电力大学兼职教授。2009年获密歇根州立大学 Joon S. Moon 杰出国际校友奖。
黎建强教授于1977年取得美国密歇根州立大学博士，现为香港大学工业工程系荣誉教授。2003-2016任香港城市大学管理科学讲座教授。曾任香港运筹学会之创会主席，亚洲风险及危机管理协会的注册高级企业风险师、亚太工业工程及管理学会会士，现任亚洲风险及危机管理协会主席。黎教授于2017年获选奥地利国际系统与控制科学院院士，2020年辽宁省视觉讯息与智能产业技术研究院聘任为院长兼首席科学家。2020入选美国斯坦福大学发布的世界最有影响力的科学家排名前2%。黎教授亦为港交所上市的金禧国际、深交所上市的中联重科集团及上海交银施罗德基金投资公司之独立非执行董事。 [2]
