In a few previous reviews, I have stated that I am not a Democrat or a Republican and have always voted for the person that I felt was most qualified for the office they were seeking. Looking back over my voting history in all elections..local, state and national. my votes have been evenly split between the two parties. Now that I am older (in my 70's), I have started to pay more attention to politics. When younger, the topic never came up at home and certainly did not when I was on active duty in the USN. So, now I am trying to learn more and educate myself through reading books that interest me. And, this book absolutely increased my knowledge in several areas and I am delighted that I read it.

Main stream media rears its ugly head in this one and the reader will see clearly the effect that biased reporting has had on the population. Sharyl Attkisson has been keeping a running tally of major mistakes that the media has made. Her count stood at 131 examples when this book was written. For the liberal press, the author uses the term 'fake news media' and a quote from him is that they 'spread lies, distortions and propaganda'. I agree with his take on the media as I stopped watching TV over a year ago. I would watch a news program and then watch another one on a different channel. By leaving out one portion of a sentence, the entire meaning was changed. So, I stopped watching as I realized it was extremely biased.

The Green New Deal is discussed in great detail and I had no idea of the extent until I read this book. That portion was extremely informative to me and educational, as well. I would have to say that Chapter 4 which covered Socialism was outstanding. So many countries were covered including Romania, USSR, Cuba and others that the reader was given a real history of Socialism and how it works. One example was having to obtain a prescription in order to get milk for a baby. A clear and concise history is given and the reader will have a firm grasp on the topic by the end of that chapter.

Some other topics include: Trump Derangement Syndrome, Deep State I - Russian Collusion, Deep State II - Failed Impeachment Attempt, A Republic if you can Keep it, the Electoral College, Democrats 2020 Agenda. Trump's Triumphs, the Coronavirus and more. As one might expect, lots of familiar names are mentioned including Obama, AOC, Warren, Biden, Pelosi and Bernie to name just a few.

There are several examples cited concerning the lack of respect in our country today. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi when she tore up the copy of the State of the Union speech comes quickly to mind. When reading that part, I thought about Fyodor Dostoevsky's 'The Brothers Karamazov' as he mentions respect. Paraphrasing his words when he was writing about that very word....When a person has no respect that person stops loving. The truth within the individual is hard to locate.... So,perhaps this lack of respect and love is also a contributing factor in our society. Just a final thought as I try to make a little sense of this world we live in today.

Well written, meticulously researched and facts are backed up with appropriate notes at the conclusion.

Although some of the information is dated, this was an excellent read. My belief in President Trump's ability to lead this country is cemented. We need him back in the White House. Hannity's support for every detail is excellent. And last, though I had lost hope for any objective reporting by MSM, Hannity just nailed the coffin firmly shut. Shame on them. Shame on anyone who continues to be misled by their lies. We need objective journalism. Look to Patriots like Hannity for the truth.

Sean Hannity has put together an account of where our country is at and accurately describes the issues that are endangering our liberties. I recommend that if anyone wishes to truly know the facts of who is the real enemy in our country, then read this book with an open mind. If after reading "Live Free or Die" you think the information that Mr. Hannity presents is not true, then do your own honest research. I will almost guarantee that you will come up with the same conclusions.

For the past 10+ years that I have been following Mr. Hannity's programs (TV & radio), he has been accurate on soo many issues. He admits that he is not a journalist, he is a talk show host. However, he presents current issues affectively and honestly, better than any of the so-called mainstream reporters. At first I might have thought that some of the items he reported were just hype, but he has turned out to be spot on. His book brings out the truth, which is a threat to the opposition because it disrupts/disputes their narrative.

It's obvious to me that Sean Hannity is a true patriot who loves the United States of America. He isn't spreading hate and division amongst the people, just the opposite. I teach the Constitution and believe in what it stands for, along with the Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, and other documents that the Founding Fathers published. He is spreading truthful information to the public in order that we have the truth and to know what our rights are. Supporting the President, the current Administration, and the Constitution is honorable.

I highly recommend that everyone read this book, no matter what your political views are. Read it with an open mind and be grateful that we in the best country in the world. Our First Amendment grants us that right to our own opinions; however, untrue and hateful criticism is never constructive.

For the sake of full disclosure, I'm a fan of Sean Hannity's, but I don't buy everything he peddles. In regard to this book, it's a good purchase. It is NOT propaganda. It's all true and spelled out within this book. It is laid out methodically and it's easy to follow Sean's mindset in the book. I gave it 4 Stars out of 5, only because Sean's writing style is less than creative. He needs "hooks" to keep the readers engaged and looking forward to more; that's my only complaint. You need to work on a more creative writing style, Sean. Some elements of the book became boring. Otherwise, great book and I'd buy it again.

If you are a Fox News “watcher” this book is clearly for you. If you religiously watch Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity & Laura Ingraham during the Fox nighttime lineup, this book is for you. Sean writes just like he speaks during his opening monologues. If you like that; then you will enjoy this book! He also sources a lot of his work. Much of the chapters contain a lot of references & quotations from both past & current American history, quite detailed. Surprisingly pleased & a great addition to my library.
