The administration at Gresham High School seems more concerned with the public image and reputation with the school rather than developing a supportive learning environment for our students and teachers. The administration of Gresham High School decision-making and neglect of pressing issues like countless fights throughout the school which hinders ours students growth and brews frustration. It's time they prioritize our students needs over the public image of our school.
I have had the honor to be a part with gresham barlow for a long time! The staff are the best. I have had some difficult unpleasant experiences but nothing bad! They have taken away all IB classes and left boring AP classes. Add more interesting classes in High school, like culinary.
Some of the best parts of being in the Barlow school district is the student atmosphere during games, seeing your school come together to support your fellow classmates during games is a really great thing to experience. A couple of the worst things I have experienced in the Barlow school district was the way the administration handled my english teacher being replaced my junior year of high school. The whole thing seemed very unprofessional and students felt left out of a very bug and impactful happening.
