Unfortunately, the plot of The Equalizer 3 has little to do with calm drives along the Amalfi Coast, olive oil tasting, and White Lotus-esque Sicilian hotels.
Blood flows like red wine in the final chapter of Antoine Fuqua’s trilogy. The film finds Washington’s Robert McCall dragged back into the criminal underbelly, this time in Italy, to keep the peace, protect the innocent, and give a few unlucky members of the mafia nine seconds to decide their fate.

Where was Equalizer 3 filmed in Italy?
The trilogy’s last entry was filmed in southern Italy, primarily on the Amalfi Coast. This stretch of coastline between Sorrento and Salerno has 13 towns that are as dreamy as they look on the postcards. Rome’s Cinecittà Studios and areas of the Campania region, like Naples, also helped build the film’s setting.
