Differentiating Allison and Nikki

Nicki is a Canadian actress, her largest role being Cally in Battlestar Galactica. She was recruited into ESP by Sarah. I believe she moved to Albany and got deeper in the cult around 2008? She was part of the inner circle, a first line DOS slave, had a fraudulent marriage to Alison, and was with the group in Mexico when Keith was arrested. She remained one of most loyal and vocal supporters til last year when she announced the end of her relationship with Raniere and NXVIM loyalists.

Sarah Edmundson recruited Nikki. I think at that point, Sarah was in for 5 years because in a podcast interview Nicki did before renouncing Keith, she said they had been in a "ten-year relationship." And I know Sarah defected after 15. That would place her joining around 2007 or 2008. She would have been 24 when she joined. 

Allison was invited to nighttime volleyball and joined when she was 23, which would be in 2005. 

They were basically ordered to get married by Keith, supposedly because Nicki had Visa issues since she was from Canada and not working regularly as an actress. BUT that was in 2017, and by that time, DOS was fully up and running, and they were both intimate with him, so who knows the real reasons he ordered it. There were likely many. Allison filed for divorce in 2020, but I can't find anything saying that officially went through. 

Nicki was not charged with anything, and many people questioned why. My guess would be that the prosecution didn't have hard evidence. If you look at the trial, they went after a sampling of the worst offenses for which there was a preponderance of evidence to represent the larger whole. 

So, they could have tried to get Nicki on immigration fraud, but I've no doubt they were both intimate together with Keith, as they were when raided in Mexico .

In contrast, they had Allison in a recorded conversation with Keith, planning out the brand and ceremony. And India Oxenberg flipped on them and there was evidence that 

1. Allison had set India up to be sexually assaulted And

2. She had asked for payment for running one of NXIVM's centers and basically got the money in exchange for procuring India to sleep with Keith. India talks about this in one of the documentaries. 

So, for those reasons, Allison was part of the human trafficking charges.  Allison renounced Keith when she took a plea deal. They issued a statement/letter. Nicki was defending his innocence very vocally and had a "DOSsier Project" that pretended to be a non-profit, helping all victims of injustice. Then she renounced him about a year ago. Her statement was published on the Frank Report blog. I don't know what precipitated the move. She might have slowly woken up or talked to Allison or just looked at the mountains of evidence. It's also possible she wanted to save her career, or avoid immigration issues. 

Again, the sad thing is that both these women were bright, young, beautiful actresses about the same age. If they had met under normal circumstances, they likely would have been good friends. This whole system ruined so many things. 

Others here have dealt with Clyne's bio. I'll try to fill in some gaps.

Relationship to DOS: In her own account (which should be taken with a grain of salt) Nicki was one of the first to suggest an elite group in Raniere's harem.

This has some ring of truth. I personally think Clyne aiming to marry Raniere, for immigration purposes if nothing else, and she was willing to do a lot for it.

Immigration Issues: Raniere being a manipulator, he channeled Clyne's desire for a green card into a whole convoluted plan that involved marrying Mack, creating DOS and recruiting women for it, and (oft forgotten) giving Clyne a job at a media company (The Knife). The Knife appears to have been set up to be a PR company for NXIVM, as well as a business people could get visas for working (the company was disproportionately immigrants.

Criminal activity: Unlike Mack, Clyne was not criminally charged. However, the government treats Clyne as an uncharged co-conspirator because she facilitated several DOS related transactions: specifically, purchase of the house that DOS was outfitting into a dungeon (which the government seized under the same laws that allow for brothels to be seized). Additionally, she organized the collection of evidence after Raniere's arrest, which points toward her being an accessory after the fact.

Status: After being the face of NXIVM's remnants, Clyne dumped Raniere in March 2023. She then made an effort to curb her social media use around Christmastime last year.

She had been a subject of a lawsuit by the victims of Keith Raniere, but following her breakup the plaintiffs dropped the portion of the lawsuit referring to her.

Clyne's present whereabouts are unknown. She may be in the U.S. (she was known to have a house in Miami), or she may have self deported back to Canada.

Here is Nicki on the One American Podcast while she was still defending Keith. The brainwashing is so strong. At one point the "trying to be open minded" host makes a joke that obviously the media exaggerated everything and these women didn't think he was the smartest man in the world. She laughs and then says, "Right!? I mean... he probably is though, but whatever."
