Les Mills Member Services a money grab

Les Mills product is amazing. Their facilities classes and instructors are world best. Unfortunately their membership services team and payments system isn't. Have been attempting to cancel a membership and received nothing but the run around. They hold my bank account details and debit authority but won't process a cancellation payment, insisting I attend the gym to pay via CC or call and provide CC details. I do not want to provide any CC details as I do not trust their security or systems. Bank Account I can control. I have worked in the payment industry managing gym payments for the last 17 years and know what can and can't be done. It is just a money grab

Les Mills never disappoints

Les Mills never disappoints. I have completed a lot of bodypump classes at home and due to an injury (not Les Mills related) recently tried RPM, loved it… highly recommend Les Mills to everyone. Thank you Les Mills and your fabulous trainers.

I absolutely love it

I absolutely love it! They really have stepped up their game with offering so many more options of different types of exercising. And also I really like that they really broke everything up from everything from just a 30 minute to 45 minute to a 55 minute workout. So really works when you don’t have a lot of time and also with the challenges that they offer and different hybrid workouts really misses things up you’re never bored. It’s perfect for the ADD exerciser.

Still charge you after trial even if you cancel

I have sign up for a free trial, after few days in I was strong on my commitment and I made a mistake to buy three months plan for something about 36/7£. Before my free trial ended I cancelled the subscription in the app and on the webstie (you are asked to create an account on) because I found the plans to be too hard for me to follow. Even though my account is charged with over 30£. Made a complaint and they are “oh, you have never cancelled and it is still active”.
Would not recommend this to anyone.

I love my LESMILLS workouts

I love my LESMILLS workouts. I feel that the instructors are knowledgeable, motivating and engaging. The workouts continue to be innovative, challenging and effective. I can always find a workout to suit my needs (for example: no equipment or time restraints) whether at home or traveling. A great value!

The exercises are very good and…

The exercises are very good and professional. There is huge variety of classes which is great. Sometimes it is a bit overwhelming though. For example, which body pump class to choose. If you switch between editions maybe you don't get the most benefit? Fascia would be a great addition!

I not sure about new website layout, I suppose I will get used to it. The classes are getting more diverse but unfortunately less of a spectacle involving other coaches from around the World - bring back Marlon

Love LES Mills

I love the programs and the body trainers. There are so many programs to choose from, however, I seem to navigate to Body Pump and Yoga or Pilates. We have been doing the programs for 2 years now and enjoy being able to do them in the comfort of our own home.

Les Mills keeps me healthy and motivated

Les Mills offers a huge range of different kinds of workout from Bodybalance to Weights to Shbam. The instructors are excellent and after a while you feel like they are friends who help you strive to be the best you can.

I love having the Les Mills+ App on my…

I love having the Les Mills+ App on my TV. I got it during the pandemic and have kept it since I canceled my gym membership. I also have some of the weight equipment which I love using. I mostly do BodyPump, RPM, and BodyBalance. I like that I can save my favorite workouts to my library as well. I only wish they could be organized by type of workout like the App is categorized. You have to scroll through everything to find what you want instead of just going to RPM for instance to get a class. Great programs and instructors!

I am absolutely loving it!

I am absolutely loving it!! My gym was advertising classes for les mills on demand, and even though I am an absolute gym buff I thought 'wouldn't it be nice if I could just do this from home', and I can. There is so much variety in the workouts, which keeps me motivated.

I love the plans and challenges and most of all the inclusiveness and diversity of all of the trainers. The trainers are also wonderful and inspiring. It is also lovely that they are a range of ages which is encouraging for people, like me, who are no longer in there 20s or 30s. It's also very reasonably priced. Thanks for making this available to all.

I highly recommend it.

Would not refund accidental payment straight away

Edit: After I posted this review they did refund the subscription.
I tried to cancel membership within the month as I do not currently have a job so can not afford unnecessary subscriptions. But they charged me a day sooner than I expected. I requested a refund on that day, the payment had not even gone through yet. They refused a refund. I have not used since cancelling and I do not intend to use it, so they are charging for nothing during a cost of living crisis. Surely refunding would be the right thing to do.

Changed my life.

I can't say enough how Les Mills has changed my life! First exercise regime I have stuck to for years! Outstanding instruction, fun, and so much variety. There's something for everyone and all levels of ability.

Thieves

Echoing a number of reviews I’ve seen on here about their poor conduct.

Signed up for their (average at best) online subscription and the renewal was taken without notice, with no contact number to speak to anyone and just provided with a blanket response of ‘no’ to our request of a refund having requested cancellation within minutes of seeing them trying to take money from my account.

God forbid I were to forget my account log in as it feels like they’d continue stealing from me for the rest of my life.

If the product offering was better, it would be less of a bitter pill to swallow, but unfortunately it’s not.

Streaming is not optimal

Streaming not optimal, sometimes you have to start over again. No warning before yearcontribution has expired so now I have paid 2 months monthly but I like to pay yearly. Was hard to adapt in app, format not perfect.

kudos for the kiwis at LesMills

LM body combat and core workouts are challenging but achievable enough to keep me motivated. I love the the music and the energy the instructors bring, plus the new releases every few months.

Their "present" comes with an invoice for VAT and tax

I was chosen as what they call a lucky winner of LM Goodie bag, but instead I have ended up with invoices for unpaid import tax and VAT. At first I was told they will take care of it, but now I have a new invoice and the amount has gone up. If I had known I would have never accepted to receive this so called present and I will galdly return it, I have not even opened it. Nobody replies to my e-mails anymore, I have included several contact e-mails in my latest attempt. I am writing this review for the hope of somebody helping me. I really cannot believe that I have to spend time with this. I am so disappointed, I once was a LM instructor and I think the platform is great, but I simply will not accept paying for this mistake. The problem is that I will end up having to do so, because that is the right that the tax authorities have here in Denmark

Workout are great

Workout are great, there is an extensive inventory, and there is always a way to modify the workouts as needed. Love both Body Pump and Body Step. Particularly love Glen, Marlon, Mark and Kaylah-Blayr ~ !

I am having the time of my life mixing…

I am having the time of my life mixing up my workouts at home. This is something I never thought possible living out here on a rural property with a 100km round trip into town to the nearest gym . I think the wide range of workouts you have online is the greatest thing so everyone who joins online has a choice to do what ever they feel they can manage to fit into their daily routine. On the days that I don't work I do a full workout (Body Pump or Combat) and on the days that I do work I do a quick workout in the morning and another short workout in the afternoon. There is no way I would be able to do that in a gym out here. Keep up the great work and the great workouts Les Mills I love it xxx
