Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We booked afternoon tea which was scrumptious! There were sandwiches, scones and cakes and as much tea and coffee as you wanted. The table was ours for 90 minutes.
There was music from the organ and there were lots of people from all backgrounds and abilities dancing. It was lovely to watch.
There was a fully licensed bar where you could get alcoholic drinks and there was no limit to the time you could spend in the ballroom at one of the many other tables available to sit at.
It was good to climb the stairs to the other levels to look down at the dance floor.
It was a magical experience - highly recommend.

For anyone having grown up watching Morecambe and Wise it is lovely to see this statue to Eric Morecambe. Not only the statue but the whole area engraved with a lot of their sayings and the names of all who appeared on their shows reminded me again how popular their show was.

Had a lovely trip. Lunch was delicious and the staff were great.
Only thing is the tour was nearly two hours, it’s just too long. It’s was really informative but way too much information to retain. Tour would be nicer if it was approx. 45 mins to an hour tops.
Other issue is there was too many spiders and cobwebs, place needs a good clean. Arachnophobes better avoid.

Finally found somewhere that was dog friendly. Can walk in the grounds, dogs not allowed in the hall. Lovely lady in Dotties Wafflery, made a lovely fuss of our dog Dilys.

Seemingly better and more lights than last year. Great from the Cleveleys end, a bit sparse in the middle then good towards the Pleasure Beach.

Beautiful area with interesting landscape...the river Luna runs through here and there are some lovely little villages and great walks ...we did the 3 Mile walk along the river and over the bridge in really was lovely with plenty wildlife and lovely picnic areas with well organised maps
On our car park it had toilets which you had to pay for and they were spotless clean .there was also a hut selling food you could snell the bacon for miles but I eas disappointed that there were no vegetarian breakfast baps ..the parking was free and we can highly recommend this beautiful area.

We really enjoyed spending some time having a read of the carpet, since we definitely found some funny quotes and also many classics. It's clearly maintained very well as it looks pristine and also looks great from the Blackpool Tower Eye. I would definitely recommend this if you have a bit of time to kill during your visit!

We planned a family day out for our youngest son’s 7th birthday. Enjoyed feeding lambs, sheep and goats. We also had chance to see cattle, cows, horse, donkeys Alpacas. The open plan outdoor entrance has some great seating, with an ice cream outlet. You can also buy pizzas. The kids play area is really quite something to behold. Clean, comfortable and safe.

The museum is brilliant, small but really well done. Well laid out, good for all ages and takes about 2 hours to do. I went with my 12, 11 and 9 year olds and they all enjoyed. It’s just £5 for an adult and kids are free which is amazing value when you have 3 children. The castle is also great fun, great view from the top and a fun ruin to walk around.

I don't know exactly what it is about Cleveleys but I love it! Being close to Blackpool it probably suffers from the attractions on offer in Blackppol if that is what you want but not being 15 anymore, Cleveleys is brilliant for a day out for those on their own, families & friends, any season!. I love the large sandy beaches and the new promenade is brilliant and offers walkers, cyclist and those in wheelchairs etc a fantastic coastal view making your way to Fleetwood or Blackpool approx 6 miles both ways. The trip to Blackpool has more refreshment stops and more options to catch the tram back to Cleveleys if you get tired but Fleetwood has a lovely old indoor market then get the tram back to Cleveleys!. Personally I love both options they are different no matter what the weather just dress for whatever the forecast says! ha ha. Parking is quite easy and cheap for being so close to the beach. the High St has a great selection of shops, you must pop in to Bean's Bakery brilliant stuff as it use to be!!. If my Kids were young I would take them to Cleveleys for the huge beaches and the odd day in Blackpool!. Enjoy!

Great walk which I've done many times. I prefer to start it at the Nick of Pendle and walk it that way all the way over the top to the trig point. It's a bit challenging to walk up from the steep side up the stone staircases at my age now. I prefer the longer gentler approach. Make sure you wear suitable boots and a warm jacket as the weather can change on a sixpence up there from nice to high winds or whiteout fog. Do not attempt it in a pair of Crocs like someone has then moan :)
