Walker, Texas Ranger: Trial by Fire is a telefilm that aired on October 16th, 2005, continuing the Walker, Texas Ranger story. It takes place four years after the series finale.
The movie can only be found on Walker, Texas Ranger: The Complete Series, released in 2015.
Plot[]
Walker investigates a murder connected with a missing government weapon. In addition, he tries to track down a teen on the run from a crime syndicate.

Cancelled sequel[]
Even though Chuck Norris was interested in doing more Walker, Texas Ranger films, CBS decided to shelve the ideas, since Trial by Fire got low ratings.
This sucked for many fans. Not only was this to be the first of a series of Walker films, but the cliffhanger about Alex was never explored.
CBS still has no plans for a sequel.
