The best supplier of parts for the music related products in Europe for sure. I’m buying parts from Banzai for more than 15 years. The only problem that I have experienced ordering from them is that sometimes items listed as available are not and I have to wait for a back order. So my advice is if you are in a hurry try to contact them and ask if the part is available. The customer service is great so I suppose it won’t be a problem to help. I don’t think it’s a major problem and I know that having such a big catalog of parts is a bit of a challenge. So thank you Banzai for having you!

Easy check out, fairly fast delivery to Denmark. My plug'n'play Jack plate works great. It would have been perfect if the installation papers would have been on the website, or even better if the jackplate came with 2x16ohm options - it's only a matter of different prints on the product.

Banzai has a big variety of electronic components and pedal builders can find everything they need on the online shop. However, sometimes the stock levels are not updated on the website. The customer support is good in case you run into an issue. I recommend it.

Banzai was the only company I could find that supplies the 8 pin moles connector for most Wah pedals. So happy to find it.
And their prices were very reasonable.
Shipping was smooth and faster than I expected considering I’m in the US and they’re in Germany. Nice job Banzai and thanks for your help.

I have been ordering from Banzai Music for several years now.
My Latest Order included a Belton ABE, BTDR-3H, some op amps, Fuzz Silicon Transistor Pair, Pots Knobs, and DC Jacks. Ordered approaching the afternoon on the 16th of April, they emailed me 3 days later to inform me the order was partially shipped. An enclosure I ordered was out of stock so they would send it out once they get it back in stock.
I know all to well that mistakes can happen sometimes when counting the total stock levels many different components in bulk. Secondly, I have heard from a couple of suppliers before in the UK who told me due to other outstanding orders placed before mine, they would tend to get priority before mine.
At any rate, the order was delivered by Royal Mail on the 30th April after they received it in the UK on the 24th. Took longer going through the UK than it took to ship from Germany.
Banzai offers a fantastic service for electronics components (including some I can't get easily anywhere locally to me in the UK). I live in Northern Ireland which has its own postal issues due to Brexit but this has not affected my purchases from this website (at least for me).
The components I tend to buy include switches, 1/4" jack sockets and DC Jacks for their low price when buying in bulk.
They also have a wide range of colours for some of the Hammond Diecast Enclosures.
I tend to find some more specialised Integrated Circuits here (such as MN3007, Reverb bricks, L79L15 (100mA Voltage Regulator) Silicon, germanium and some matched or selected transistors, JFETs nd other components that are hard to find a reliable source generally).
I did once get the pre-wired Strat kit with the blender control that's still in use today. It sounds excellent and the ease of installing it (After getting the strings and pickguard off was definitely a welcome break from having to do the redesign and replace the components and wiring on my guitars.
They used to offer matched and selected germanium transistors (based on hFE and leakage I think) but they must have stopped doing that. I can still find some matched JFETs for a cool phaser effects pedal I made a good while back. Think they went up significantly in price since then though.
I have not had a single issue with any components (They all seem genuine and work as I would expect them to) from Banzai Music and the payment and delivery has always been smooth and painless. I find that the parcel tends to arrive within 2-3 weeks of placing the order, but this can be quicker or slower depending on the time of year.
Also, if they find a component out of stock when preparing the order, they will backorder it and send that separately when they can get it back in stock informing me in the shipment email.
Overall I would thoroughly recommend using Banzai Music for your Electronics needs, I cannot fault the service they provide.

I bought a stacked knob for my bass. Quick turnaround from Germany to Ireland. Good communication by email and DHL tracking. Excellent product. Quality was much higher than I expected. Their product catalog is also excellent. I will definitely be shopping with Banzai in the future. Highly recommended.

Ordered some valves from the UK in mid-October, with 4-5 day shipping listed. I appreciate that supply chains for Russian-made valves are problematic, but initial communication around the order wasn't great. Once Banzai realised that I wasn't happy, they made huge efforts to help - phoned me up to keep me updated and upgraded shipping to Express for me. Valves arrived today, and I'm now very happy with Banzai - will happily use them again

Best parts store in the EU. There are others, but if you're after good quality and niche products (like fancy 3PDT switches or Ge transistors), fast shipping and good customer service, I found no substitute.
Last order arrived two days after placing, from Berlin to Bucharest, and included free candy!

I have purchased from them a few times. I had only one problem with tubes that do not match on my amplifier, giving electrical problems. Mr. Ernesto Ziesler handled the situation very professionally, refunding me the full amount. A part this, that is anyway very important, prices are affordable, shipment is quick and in good boxes.So only good reviews for this seller. Highly recommended.

They have huge variety of high quality products that are hard to find elsewhere! But in reality they dont have them all in stock all the time. And that's ok!
But the thing is, site doesn't keep up with stock count, and when you order something you might get it, or more likely you might wait for months.
And that's not ok!
Customer service is polite but overwhelmed with complaints about delays, so you will need to wait in line for a week or two. At the end, you get what you pay for, they are professional in that sense, but its up to you if you want to play roulette every time you order. I've had enough.

1) Price are not so good, i can't say about the items because the package never arrived to me.
2) Times to prepare the package: 3 days (20 capacitors 5 different ones...!!) to wait that they collect products to create the package
3) The parcel is BLOCKED at the international exchange center and they can't do nothing and i'm waiting from 10 days. They say that just before christmas is normal, but i ordered in the FIRST week of december you can't say that is just before christmas.... so very bad bad clients management
4) i think that is also a website order error because in the bill i can read that they wrote "berlin" as STATE and i live in Italy, so the software create some broken labels that let the package be keep in the international exchange center forever. What a shame..

Good prices if you buy many stuff, because it also has les expensive worldwide shipping, but for some stuff price need to be little lower. Lot selection of parts which hard to find, lot of brands, not only chinese. Also 19% VAT is deducted from the price for non-EU customers. Overal I'm satisfied.👍
