A Service of Remembrance honoring the lives of Mrs. Grisel Ramirez Hardy and Master James Bryceson Hardy, will be held Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home with visitation afterwards.
The lives of Mrs. Hardy, 57, and her nine year old grandson, Bryce, residents of the Rones Chapel Community near Mount Olive, were claimed in a motor vehicle accident on Saturday, March 26, 2022.
In lieu of flowers, contributions towards a GoFund Me account in benefit of Mrs. Hardy's other grandchildren, would be appreciated.
Mrs. Hardy was employed with Mt.Olive Pickle Company as a consumer relations specialist. She is survived by a daughter, Pamela Hardy Howard of Mount Olive; a son, Richard "Ricky" William Hardy of Mount Olive; six grandchildren, Gabrielle "Gabby" Howard and spouse, Brandon Mozingo, Katie Foster, Cayden Howard, Mitchell Hardy, Barbara Michelle "Shelly" Walker, and Clara Howard; two great-grandchildren, Noah Mozingo and Lynleigh Richardson; two brothers, Tito Ramirez of Venezuela, and Jeraldo Ramirez of Kenansville; two sisters, Rosa Ramirez of Mount Olive, and Zoila Ramriez Brock and husband, Ronnie Brock, of Mount Olive; and several other family members.
Born in Queens, New York, her parents were the late Ricardo Ramirez and Zoila Urquija Ramriez, and she was of Cuban decent.

James Bryceson Hardy, known simply as Bryce, was a third grader at North Duplin Elementary School. In recent months he had been participating in the Royal Rangers program at First Pentecostal Holiness Church of Mount Olive.
Bryce is survived by his mother, Tiffany Walker of Jacksonville; his father, Richard "Ricky" William Hardy, of Mount Olive; a brother, Mitchell William Franklin Hardy of Mount Olive; two sisters, Barbara Michelle "Shelly" Walker of Mount Olive, and Jnysyn Nevaeh Deering of Jacksonville; paternal grandfather, Russell F. Hardy of Mount Olive; paternal great-grandparents, Eudine Hardy of Florida, and William Hardy and Patricia Larkin of Florida; aunts, Pamela Hardy Howard of Mount Olive, and Rebecca Ann Walker; uncle, James Robert Walker of Wilmington; great-uncles, William Keith Walker and Robert Walker, both of Wilmington; several cousins; many other loved ones; and his classmates at North Duplin.
As his passing coincided with the passing of his paternal grandmother, he was welcomed on the other side by his maternal grandmother, Barbara Ann Walker; and maternal great-grandmother, Glenda Watson, among other deceased loved ones.
