If you're planning on joining us for study or work, if you have the time, you should try and see a bit of Leeds while you're here, to get a feel for where you could be living. Leeds is a bustling city with a great nightlife and cultural scene. If you are planning to stay over you could see what’s on and make a night of it!
Why not stay for dinner? Leeds City Centre has a great selection of places to eat and drink. Trinity Shopping Centre is a good place to start with everything from TGI Fridays to Wagamama, and the Trinity Kitchen offers a unique mix of vibrant restaurants and street food vans.
If you are coming from further afield and are thinking of staying overnight there are plenty of options in the centre of Leeds, especially around the station.
If you're a student you’ll also probably end up spending a lot of time in Headingley, so you might want to have a look around while you are here. Many students, after moving out of halls, find themselves living in Headingley and it’s easy to see why. It’s connected to the city by a number of regularly running buses (the 1, 6, 28 & 97 all stop outside the Arndale Centre in Headingley) and has its own vibrant community, with an eclectic mix of shops, bars and restaurants.
