Front desk staff was very welcoming, kind, and attentive at check in and check out. The room was clean with a nice view of the river, comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. Fantastic location- literally across the street from the Chicago Theatre where we were attending a show; quick walk to Millennium Park as well as the River.

What was exceptional was the location. We were going to a fame at Wrigley Field, and this couldn’t have been more convenient. The train was less than 2 blocks away. 15 mins later we were at the ballpark. Next morning a 2 block walk through a lovely neighborhood has us standing on a small beach on the shore of Lake Michigan.
