- MS74202 contributionsWent today for a Swedish massage and facial. Betty was just lovely. She offered me a light, medium or firm massage. I opted for firm and it was amazing! The best massage I have ever had, and I have had many massages from lots of different countries. The main monument features a sandstone plinth engraved with the names of the fallen. The plinth is surmounted by a Scottish soldier, dressed in battle gear, but wearing a Tam O’Shanter. On his back is a rucksack and he stands ready to march. The monument also includes a special dedication to recipient of a Victoria Cross, James Richardson, a piper with the 16th (Canadian Scottish) Battalion who volunteered to play his comrades over the top as well as rescuing several wounded comrades. - david P3 contributionsI wasvisiting my father in Hoytown and decided to walk down to Bellsill and see my old haunts. My first stop was the Alhambra Fish and Chip shop in Mossend, the best fish in the area.
I then went down to the Academy and found nothing has changed it is a lovely school
but as it was lunch time all the students seem to stand around the cafe next to what used to be the picture house. - JJ F2 contributionsHad a great spa day today with my Mum, thank you to Jill for booking in my appointment and also recommending afternoon tea. Felt very relaxed after my treatment, the facial was absolutely amazing and the products smell so good. Lynda was very friendly and gave me some advice with skin care products too. We then went for afternoon tea which was nice. Sharon who served us was very helpful and bubbly.
