Clearly, Meghan as thriving as a new mom of two. She and husband Daryl Sabara welcomed their first son, Riley Trainor, in February 2021 and their second son, Barry Bruce Trainor, in July 2023. “He was a big boy at 8lbs 7oz...and sideways (transverse), but we had an amazing, successful c-section, and I finally got my skin to skin time,” she wrote on Instagram after Barry's arrival.

Meghan has previously opened up about how becoming a parent has changed her perspective on health. "I think when you have a kid you just realize, 'Wow, life is beautiful and precious. I want to be the best for my kid.' I've never been more motivated," she told Parents in her March 2023 cover story. "I look at Riley and think, 'I'm going to do anything I can to live forever.’"

She's also discussed how her children inspired her to lose weight so she can be the healthiest and happiest version of herself. Here's everything Meghan has shared about her weight loss journey in recent years:

Back in 2022, Meghan shared her 60 pound weight loss.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight Canada, the "NO" singer opened up about losing weight after giving birth to Riley. “I was my heaviest I'd ever been. I was 200 pounds... I just wasn't feeling great,” she told the publication. “I've never had stitches, so to have this C-section scar, I was in a really dark place, and I wanted to be in a great place for my son.” That, Meghan said, inspired her to make some changes in her lifestyle.

She changed up her diet with a focus on health.

"I learned that I do like healthy food, and I learned what portions mean," she told Entertainment Tonight Canada.

Meghan also told People that she lost weight “the healthy way, the long way, the one pound a week way. And it's a proud accomplishment that I never thought I could ever do.”

Meghan started exercising every day.

The "Me Too" singer told Entertainment Tonight Canada that she worked out daily and challenged herself. “I was like, 'If I can survive a C-section, I can do anything.' And I did," she explained. "I was very dedicated and I started seeing the pounds come off one week at a time, one pound. I was like, 'I'm fighting.'"

Meghan has also shared BTS snippets of those workouts on social media, including herself and Daryl doing weighted squats and running side-by-side on the treadmill:

Her trainer, Rebecca Stanton, also shared some video of Meghan and Daryl crushing leg day with leaps, marching in place, and more. “I am beyond proud of their dedication and hard work, it truly shows! Cheers to many more leg days to come!” Stanton said in the caption.

Stanton also said that Meghan had been “putting in the work” in another Instagram workout video that showed the "Lips Are Movin" singer doing leg lifts, planks, squats, and more.

Her workouts also benefit her mental health.

Meghan told Entertainment Tonight Canada that she feels great after a sweat sesh. "My brain is so happy when I exercise,” she said.
