me and my partner adored miniature wonderland. It’s fantastic. So many buttons to press. Lots of trains, planes, cars and airplanes I felt spoilt for choice and it was like I had been sent back to my childhood train set. 10/10. Would happily come back here again. Lots of seating if you need to rest, fantastic cafe options, friendly staff and a lovely gift shop full of Airplane Models. It’s my heaven on earth.

Wonderful concert hall, modern art museum and river trip through the docks. Don't bother with so-called Beatles tours, nothing to see.

We walked from Rathaus down to the beautiful and huge red brick buildings of the warehouses. They span a vast area, and iron bridge walkways of this area. It is a vast area, housing different quirky museums, restaurants and working warehouses. The iron foot bridges are a nice way of crossing the canals and exploring this huge neighbourhood.

Incredible piece of transportation and architectural history that is still in active use. They are currently restoring the access shafts having recently completed restoration of the tunnel itself. Using the giant elevators designed for horse drawn carriages but now filled with peds and bikes was really cool. Recommend taking the stairs on at least one side to experience the access shaft better.

We visited this beautiful park in April/May time with the rhododendron in full bloom. We got the u-bahn to Stephansplatz. Signs throughout the park to point you to the various sights. The weather was beautiful so the park had lots of people milling about. The Japanese gardens were worth the visit alone. Take your time and wander at your ease, bring a picnic if you can!

This stunning town hall is located in the heart of Hamburg. We stopped here several times as it was close to our hotel and included in a walking tour. Lovely and beautiful architecture.

    Top Show.
    Wear something with Glitter.

Winter Glitzer. With food and drink.
We watched a top Show .
I didnt know what to expect and it was great fun.
    So glad I went.
I can only compare this show to the Pantomimes that I loved to watch in the UK.

This Church was not what I expected interior wise with its bright white paint and gold baroque style altar. While we were there the organist played which was beautiful and filled the space. You can pay to enter the crypts and ascend the tower for the view. as one of the 5 main Church buildings pointed out for tourists, it was the most impactful.

I wont lie, I was nearly put off this attraction by the price, especially the combi ticket. We opted to do the zoo only and I'm so glad that we did. It didn't feel like the other zoo's I've been to. You were able to get closer (or at least have that illusion) to the animals than I have ever been before.
We also visited in April and there were lots of baby animals which were amazing to see.
This is a super day out for any age.
I would recommend taking a picnic if you want to keep costs inside the zoo down. I would also recommend doing this on a dry day as a good 90% of this attraction is outside.

This was a huge 9 stories of artifacts relating to ships, life on the sea, exploration, science, maritime artwork, machinery relating to engines/turbines etc. and of course, lots and lots and lots of ship models (Hamburgers seem to love miniature models!)
Very interesting, there are stools that you can carry around to use, i would recommend as this place is massive. You would need a full day if you wanted to read everything! Not all written information is in English.

I have done many a chocolate tour/experience and this one did not disappoint. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable.
You are given a water on your way in and then greeted with a giant chocolate fountain, you are then taken on a tour of the history of chocolate, the making of chocolate and the change to create your own chocolate bar, all with tasty samples along the way (with the exception of coco beans, not to my taste).
