Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- chiangmaicharliesChiang Mai, Thailand5,620 contributionsA fine old building of interest, on the main road that follows the Thames to Hampton Court. If you have half an hour, it's worth stopping (if you can park!) and viewing.
This is a lovely part of the riverside with well kept gardens.Written 13 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Me and my friends meet up here for all of the home matches, great food and brilliant atmosphere. Lots of families come to the games and they have a fanzone with pizza and burgers. We went for the easter game and there was a coffee van there and a crepes van! Such a good day outWritten 28 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Ailsa ChownGloucester, UK93 contributionsThis was the perfect trip out for our Disability-focused youth group. Absolutely wonderful volunteers, a huge range of bikes to meet all our needs and abilities, beautiful location, acceptable facilities. Couldn't have asked for better - have is such a wonderful hour cycling round the park.
Bikes for wheelchairs, side by sides, tag along style bikes, hand and foot peddles, all we could need!Written 16 August 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
