Full job description

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Stocking Associate to join our team. As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that products are properly stocked and displayed. This is a crucial role in our organization as it directly impacts the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Sort and organize products in designated areas
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new merchandise
- Ensure that products are properly labeled and priced
- Use RF scanner to track inventory levels and locate specific items
- Assist customers with locating products and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register to process sales transactions when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred
- Familiarity with operating a pallet jack or forklift is a plus
- Proficient in using an RF scanner for inventory management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate stocking and pricing of products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
